Oceanside Village Waterfront 3 Bedrooms 2 Full Baths. Welcome to "Sandy Bottoms"

Welcome to "Sandy Bottoms" beach house !! Newly Renovated from top to bottom! Beautiful lake front one level house with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, tastefully beach decor. Spacious and just a few blocks from the ocean, ocean front parking for Oceanside Village owners and guest (right next to the Conch Restaurant with great food, drinks and outside bar) fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Sleeps 7. 55" Smart TV in sun room and smart TV in master bedroom, Wifi and cable. Linens included. The home is located on the largest lake in OSV and has a huge corner lot for corn hole and room to play. Large back patio area with outdoor shower to spray all the sand off. Golf cart included with rental. Enjoy the golf cart ride around the village and to the private beach access. Outdoor grill (charcoal and gas) to cook those burgers and hotdogs! Great place to make memories and a gated community safe for children with tons of amenities.


Amenities include, 1 indoor/2 outdoor pools, kids water park/splash pad, hot tub, kiddie pool and grills. A fitness center (check in at the office for access at a nominal fee). Tennis courts, playground, baseball field, volleyball court, horseshoe pits, bocce and basketballs courts. The library has a wide selection of books along with computers and a printer.

Enjoy lake fishing in designated common areas and the lakes are stocked!!

Enjoy over 100 Grand Strand golf courses with Tupelo Bay just across the street from the village.

Myrtle Beach is just 10 miles north and is the hub of the Grand Strand with beachfront boardwalks and restaurants.

Murrells Inlet is know as the "Seafood Capital of SC and located 5 miles south of OSV on US Hwy 17. The area has a variety of restaurants with some on the water, bars, take a walk along the marsh walk and enjoy a boat tour (sunset cruise, dolphin cruise, happy hour cruise just to name a few).

Plenty to do for all ages!! Enjoy your stay with us and the beach!!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Google maps does not pin our house correctly with the exact location. In the process of getting that corrected. Our house is on the corner of Oceanside and Flamingo- the lake is in our back yard. Coming from the beach gate, our house is the 1st one on the right on Flamingo. Great Beach Vacation

Sandy Bottoms is a great place to bring the family for a beach vacation. The corner lot has a huge yard with beautiful shade trees. The location is ideal for a quick trip to the beach on the provided golf car or to one of the pools. If you love the beach and a great place to stay, check out Sandy Bottoms!

Perfect Location!

My family and I absolutely fell in LOVE with Sandy Bottoms! Best spot in the village for sure! It is perfectly positioned in between the beach and the pools/park PLUS an amazing view! The new grill was also a nice perk! Plenty of towels/dishes/utensils/pans, even a magic bullet! The only thing that seemed different than the pictures is the bunk bed room, it is smaller than it looks, but does the job! We will love to be back next year and years to come! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Comfortable Village Stay

We came down staggered, with myself, two littles (3&11) and one of my grown children, for a Sunday check-in. Process was smooth, and easy. Host had made arrangements with guard shack prior to our arrival, so we grabbed our placards and entered. Home was spotless, and well stocked. Multiple ac units throughout the home. Ample dinnerware, towels, cleaning supplies, and some overflow spices! My boyfriend arrives late at night, with no hiccups to enter. My daughter arrived Monday evening, also with no hiccups and they were able to park in overflow, just up the street. My only issues during our stay, the golf cart was hard to “start” as the key wouldn’t turn unless positioned JUST right, but was thankful for the use of a golf cart at all so no worries. And there was a Fourth of July parade with the route going to the side of the home. The side yard began filling up with lawn chairs of people “saving a spot” around 8 am. By 10am the entire side of the yard lining the road had golf carts parked with people running around. Having two little ones I found this uncomfortable, however this, to me, is not a reflection on the host. We all slept well each night, beds comfortable, and the village was quiet and calm. Big screen tv in the living room/sunroom. Nice coffee pot, cookware, in kitchen. No tub, but showers were nice sized and newer. Outside shower did not drain well, but nice to have. Ducks/geese came to visit each morning as I drank my coffee. I would definitely recommend this home

My husbands family has been coming to Oceanside Village for many years, especially for family reunions for the week of 4th of July. When he brought me here a few years ago, I fell in love with the area. It is safe, a lot for adults and kids to do. Everyone is so friendly whether they are permanent residents or visitors.

Our newly remodeled (April 2024) property offers a huge corner lot with lake views. Only 7 minute walk to the beach! Beautiful flowers and palm trees! We hope you love it as much as we do!
