Close proximity to restaurants and the balcony with the beach view was fantastic. Appreciate Amelia Island Vacations for their willingness to change dates at the last minute to accommodate the date change of my surgery. Great place to recuperate!!

Nice stay in Amelia Island

Loved shopping and eating at Fernandina Beach. Beautiful beach area. Check in instructions could have been clearer, but Daisy was super helpful! The property is very nice and well accommodating for our 4 adults and one baby. Loved the easy entry and exiting on the elevator access!

Fernandina Beach - Main Beach

The accomodation was very clean and well maintained. It had a lovely view of the beach and restaurants within walking distance. The "town" was right up the same street and easily accessable by car. (Too far to walk)

Condo # 201S

We appreciate the security but the whole system is too cumbersome..key into the garage from the street is difficult to work. Also there are too many codes and garage door opener took 10 minutes to open garage door to enter inside. It only worked from the inside of the garage, not the outside. It took 2 people to be able get our car into the garage. No instructions on how to use television. Twin beds squeak and are very uncomfortable. The toilet seat in the master suite was loose and slid back and forth. Living room furniture is very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. The living room floors are very dirty. Because we agreed to changing the arrival dates from the 11th to the 12th one of our couples missed out on their 3rd day of vacation due to her cancer treatment appointment at home. We were not able to enjoy the pool because it looked very murky. We love the location and the layout of this condo but unless some changes are made we would never recommend this vacation stay to anyone. For the price we paid per night we did expect a nicer cleaner place.

Perfect Location!

View of beach, 3’ walk to beach and 2 bars/restaurants and then 1.5 mi to downtown Fernandina Beach - which is a sweet lil town with great restaurants (don’t miss Espana!) Will visit again

Friends Getaway

Overall, the location and size of the property made it an easy stay for six friends. The living area was big enough and fun to hang out at when the weather was less than ideal. The only thing we didn’t enjoy about the property was the beds. They weren’t very comfortable and were very squeaky. Overall, we were pleased with the experience and would rent again.

Unit 201

Maintenance was very prompt and caring. Would be nice to have a written directions on how to use TV in master. The different codes for the elevator and door are kind of a pain.
