Please allow me to set the record straight: 1. The guest booked AMOUR for 30 days - June 1st to 30th; 2. The guest stated upon his arrival that he was going to have guests stay at AMOUR during his 30-day stay; 3. He never indicated when he booked Amour how many guests and their arrival and departure dates; therefore, the computer could not tally up his extra guests and bill for them before he arrived. More importantly, he “instantly booked” my property without asking any questions. 4. Upon arrival the guest and his wife asked about cleaning services for their six extra guests. I told them that I could provide cleaning services, but this service would be provided at an extra cost. 5. Upon receiving this information the guest immediately began to shout and threaten that he was going to call VRBO and complain. He also stated that if cleaning services were not provided, he was going to leave AMOUR. 6. Over the course of the next four weeks or so, the couple and their friends and family members vacationed at my lovely home and appeared to enjoy the amenities of Amour as well as the beautiful views, the perfect location within walking distance of our lovely beaches, restaurants, grocery store, and the Railway Trail. 7. At the end of his stay, I billed the guest $1,250.00 for extra charges for his guests. 8. The guest stated that he would not pay these extra charges. 9. This guest is certainly not welcome back to AMOUR. 10. Yes, it is correct the guest left two days early after staying in my property for 28 days entertaining his guests for free. 11. The guest claimed: “The property was not presented as advertised” yet he stayed for 28 days. 12. I had a really nice experience hosting Roger and his group. From the beginning to the end, the communication was pleasant and smooth. When they arrived, they proved to be really excellent guests. It's such a great privilege and pleasure to open up my beautiful home AMOUR to any future guest. You will be staying in the home amongst the chirping of the tree frogs, whale watching, the light-beams from the Gibb's Hill Lighthouse circling AMOUR like you're in a bubble of protection, the wind in the curtains is all so magical. AMOUR would afford you spectacular water views that looks over the beautiful South Shore and the Great Sound. Having two separate water views from one home is a very "rare" sighting in Bermuda. Amour is spacious, bright, airy, beautifully decorated and most importantly, comfortable. My home is conveniently located near the following: a pantry, grocery store, restaurants, beaches, golf courses, tennis courts and railway trails. I provide airport transport service if required by an Ambassador's Mr. Quinton Bean. I'm hospitable, thoughtful and you would not be in need of anything.
