Chùteau de sable - Maison indépendante spacieuse à l'extrémité sud

Nouveau pour l'été 2018! Maison de 5 chambres ouverte et plage à l'extrémité sud, parfaite pour votre famille! Savourez un café le matin ou un dßner sur le grand porche. Promenade rapide vers l'accÚs à la plage publique ou l'accÚs au son public.

Au rez-de-chaussée, vous avez un salon et un grand réfrigérateur! En bas, il y a deux chambres, chacune avec un lit queen size. Il y a aussi une salle de bain complÚte à cet étage pour ces chambres et le salon. Grand espace pour s'étaler, jouer à des jeux et regarder un film!

A l'étage, vous avez l'espace de vie principal et les chambres restantes. Le salon dispose de nombreux siÚges pour la famille, d'une grande télévision à écran plat et est ouvert sur le coin repas avec une grande table pour les repas en famille ou pour se retrouver aprÚs une journée au soleil. Il y a plusieurs portes vers le grand porche avant, et de nombreux siÚges à l'extérieur aussi! La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tous vos besoins pour préparer un repas ensemble et profiter d'un dßner. A cet étage, il y a deux chambres d'hÎtes, une avec un lit double et un lit gigogne et une avec un lit queen. Ces chambres partagent une salle de bain complÚte. La chambre principale a un lit king size et une grande salle de bain principale privée.

Sand Castle est la maison fantastique que vous et votre groupe recherchez. Dans une rue calme, il est parfait pour les familles avec enfants ou pour ceux qui recherchent une escapade relaxante. Il y a un parking pour 3 SUV et 1 berline, et le garage est idéal pour ranger le matériel de plage ou les vélos que vous apportez!

Everything we needed and great condition.

All information and detail’s accurate as expected. The location for fishing and access to the water was within very short walking distance. Parking was difficult with four adult couples but no surprise as the website reveled this from the start.

Family wedding event

The location was good. Not on the beach but quiet and a nice street. There was plenty of room for 9 adults. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a hair dryer or any toiletries (hand soap, bath soap, etc).

Intracoastal was INCREDIBLY kind and allowed us to postpone our trip a year and then we enjoyed this beautiful house with our brothers and sisters and nieces! The downstairs was PERFECT for our little nieces to get up and play without waking everyone upstairs! The variety of gathering spots, huge porch that is shaded in the afternoons, toys in the garage, laundry, huge rooms, and outdoor shower for post beach rinsing checked all the boxes. And the short walk to our favorite end of the beach was absolutely perfect for all ages! It. Was. FABULOUS!

South end is perfect

Sandcastle has everything you need. It is a little dated, but the location is amazing. A Beautiful, quiet street, very quick walk to Less crowded spots on the beach, easy walk to great coffee shop and Oceanic restaurant. You’ll love the location!
