Entrez dans la propriĂ©tĂ© depuis le rez-de-chaussĂ©e et entrez Ă  l'intĂ©rieur. Ce salon rez de chaussĂ©e est un endroit agrĂ©able pour les enfants Ă  se dĂ©tendre. Montez les escaliers et trouvez 2 chambres Ă  coucher Ă  cet Ă©tage. À votre gauche se trouve une chambre principale avec 2 lits jumeaux. À votre droite est une chambre principale avec un lit king et une terrasse avec vue sur l'ocĂ©an. Rendez-vous au 3Ăšme Ă©tage et retrouvez-vous sur le salon principal. Le 3Ăšme Ă©tage englobe les espaces cuisine, salle Ă  manger et salon. Ce plan d'Ă©tage ouvert s'Ă©coule facilement et rend les divertissements en famille un jeu d'enfant. The location was fantastic- very close to beach! The check-in process was smooth and timely. The property was clean and kitchen had everything we needed. We had 5 adults and everyone had own bedroom and bathroom. Work out great for family to enjoy. The view from the balcony was great for sunrises.

Close to the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is very close to the beach. The house was clean especially the bathrooms. The place could use a dehumidifier for the first level. There was a mildew smell when you walk in. Outside lights where you park your car were not working. But I will say being close the the beach was very nice.

Pier “Not So” Perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only thing truly perfect about this house is it’s location, which couldn’t be beat, and the affordable price (which should have been the indicator that everything else would just be so-so). While the house wasn’t terrible, it needs some serious updating. The Dishwasher was not attached to the counter and felt like it was going to fall over every time the door was opened, the carpet was gross and needed to be replaced, and the top floor shower didn’t drain at all. It was pretty clean, but we found a dead roach on the first floor and some pills on the ground on the top level. In addition, the fact that we had to make the beds at our arrival and strip them at our departure would keep us from renting this house again. The management company also never informed us that their office was closed for our entire stay. I called and left a message for them, as well as an email, and never heard a word back. Had we had a real crisis at the house, I’m doubtful that they would have helped us.

Family Girls Shopping

Ages 37-81 ladies (aunts, sisters and daughter -in-law Christmas shopping Wrightsville Beach and Wilmington. The house was perfect for us spreading out and yet staying together. The location is perfect and the house is well stocked. Hope to return!

Great beach location

We had 4 adults for a tennis tournament and this house was centrally located to everything you want to do in Wilmington and 50 feet from the beach with a great view of the water from the second floor balcony that seated 8. Everything in the house was fine and we loved our stay!

There was no hot tub as advertised and there were some light switches that didn't work so we had to plug and unplug lights to get them to work.

Perfect space!

We traveled to Wrightsville Beach for a wedding. 4 couples stayed in the house and we all had plenty of space to hang out together and plenty of private spaces as well. This house fit our needs perfectly!

The only complaint we had was that the elevator was not functioning, which made it not so fun to carry heavy items up 2-3 flights of steps. Otherwise, great spot and great management company that made everything really easy.

Girls Weekend

The house was clean and nicely decorated. Bedrooms were large and had enough bathrooms for 5 ladies to get ready comfortably! Only downside is the view from the main area is mostly the condos across the street. You have to go out onto the balcony to see the beach but that view is beautiful. The check in time is too late (4p) and check out too early (10a), but the process was easy. Would stay here again.

Great Rental Property

Despite Tropical Storm Ian, we thoroughly enjoyed this property. We attended a family wedding in the area and this was a perfect spot. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom which is a big plus.

Great location, bathrooms needed a deep cleaning!

Was very happy with this property. Proximity to beach was great! The only complaint was that the shower needed a good scrubbing. The Mildew was disgusting.
