Le Grand Beach Resort Unit # 212 est un condo de 1 chambre à coucher et 1 salle de bain pouvant accueillir 6 personnes confortablement. Lorsque vous entrez dans le condo, la chambre principale est directement sur votre gauche avec un lit queen. Continuez dans le couloir et vous trouverez un ensemble de lits superposés jumeaux à votre droite et la salle de bain à votre gauche. À travers le hall, vous entrerez dans la cuisine ouverte, la salle à manger et le salon. La salle à manger a une table ronde de 4 personnes pour manger et jeux. Regarder la télévision sur le téléviseur HD tout en étant assis sur le canapé-lit Queen ou l'une des deux chaises confortables.

Juste à côté du salon se trouve la porte donnant sur le balcon, d'où vous pourrez admirer une vue directe sur l'avoine de mer, les dunes de sable et le golfe du Mexique. Juste en dessous de l'unité à votre droite se trouve la piscine communautaire et le bain à remous. Il y a aussi des grillades communautaires. Le complexe dispose d'escaliers et d'ascenseurs pour se rendre au deuxième étage. À l'ouest du bâtiment, vous pouvez traverser la rue et utiliser l'accès à la plage notarié pour le complexe.

awesome stay!!

we enjoyed our stay for sure! the condo was clean and cute. wish there were more appliances or other odds and ins things; however, still a great stay overall. great distance from the beach with still a great view. everything was less than 10 minutes away. would definitely recommend!

Everyone was so nice & helpful. The room was so comfortable & clean. It seems they thought of everything you would need & want. The bed was heaven. The location was so great. Ocean just across the street. Pool & jacuzzi were so clean.

Great place

Parking is easy. Simple walk to the beach. After the beach, the condo has a place to shower off, then a quick dip in the pool, before we head back to the room. The pool was always in great shape…being a pool pro myself…I was impressed. Staff is very friendly.

Very nice location

Very nice location. Beach just across the street. Nice view of the ocean. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Only complaint - bunk beds could use updated mattresses. Other than that, the condo was very nice.

Very nice vacation

Overall a fine space to enjoy Gulf Shores. Unit could use some updating and finishing touches, i.e. correcting paint splotches in bathroom, marks on mirror, cracked tile in kitchen, broken door stop, aged couch, all showing the units age---also Wifi could be stronger and more consistent.

Exterior of the property is a little dated, but overall, very nice and comfortable. My only complaints were that the pillows were lacking in quality and the shower never got very hot. I wish there was a fitness center on-site and parents were required to monitor their children in the pool area. Someone voided in the pool, so it had to be closed on Friday night. We were too leery of the cleanliness to return during the second half of our stay. Otherwise, the condo itself was nice. Good location by the state park.

Clean but horrible facility management

The stay was decent we were able to see many places and still enjoy quiet family time. However we could never get pool time due to people coming in (not staying at the resort) using the pool and then leaving and walking down the street. ( a resort employee never said a word and was present every time) We then had been out for the day and came back in and were getting ready to lay down and the manager came to the door and said we were being to loud for the unit below us. We weren’t and verified we had just return and he proceeded to tell us the floors have poor insulation(which unfortunately we could not control) the unit was clean and great but the management at the resort leaves a bitter taste on the stay.

Great location, but many unforeseen problems

We enjoyed our stay. The location and weather was great. This is our 5th time in Gulf Shores and we know places to eat, etc.From day one, however, we had problems. The washer and dryer didn’t work. There was a code, but no booklet to which I could refer. Also the dishwasher stopped working and needed replacement(we only had one for the last 2 weeks of our month.) Also the living room couch and most of the high top chairs were very uncomfortable, just worn out..there were a myriad of other small problems. I got tired of complainingThe maintenance staff were very professional and friendly.. You may just dismiss me as “aBitch” but believe me, this isn’t my typical review. Someone needs to use a check list, particularly before a month long rental..

I loved the condo. It was very clean, had everything we needed in the room, carts to take our belongings up the elevator to the room, beach access literally across the street. We didnt hear outside noise or other guests and there was construction going on across the road, we didnt hear anything...I would love to stay here again. My ONLY issue was the parking. It says you get one free parking pass, I didnt see where it specifies you ONLY get the ONE parking spot. I think it should be better pointed out in the descriptions...in bold letters so its not missed. If you have 2 vehicles you have to park it somewhere else, you have to find public parking and pay for it, the closest is 2 miles up the road and $25 per night. Besides that...I have zero complaints.

The condo was nice,but we had issues. The bed spread needs to be washed. I just removed it from the bed. There was no garbage bag in the kitchen. I got a coffee cup and plate from the cabinet and they weren't clean. There were cigarette buts on the balcony. All the batteries in the remotes were dead,so we just picked some up. Two days after we arrived I received a message informing me maintenance was on the way to repair remotes. They must have been reported days before by previous guests. We were not at the condo and I requested they come when we were there. The reply was sorry we've already been there. I didn't like that!

Condo was okay

Overall my family and I were not wowed by the condo condition. The space , size and layout were nice and provided good sleeping options for myself and two kiddos. On nigh one, my older son got into a bed that was full of sand on the top bunk, so we opted to put him on the sofa bed. Upon opening the sofa bed there was a heap of dirty sheets inside. The owners did provide fresh linens so we changed those sheets. The condo really needs a remodel, it dates back from the late 90s early 2000s and it's time for new appliances, bath re-do, and furniture. It just felt a little worn. While the pool and staff were great, we believed we were staying at a beach front property. We didn't notice you had to cross a road with 45 mph traffic to get to the beach with no crosswalk, so please be careful. For the price, I guess you get what you pay for. However, the place really needs working lights and more than one laundry detergent and dishwasher soap for a guest who's staying for 6 days.
