Vous allez adorer ce très beau condo rénové situ�� au premier étage du complexe Sea Breeze Condo. Tous les nouveaux appareils et accessoires, y compris une grande télévision à écran plat. La cuisine complète est idéale pour une petite famille de 4 personnes avec tout le nécessaire pour préparer les repas de cet établissement. 1 lit king size, 1 canapé-lit.
Vous avez un accès complet à la piscine incroyable avec bain à remous, fosses barbecue et douche extérieure avec de belles vues sur les palmiers et l'aménagement paysager. Vous n'êtes qu'à un pâté de maisons de la plage de Port Aransas et de la jetée sud.

Lovely property

This condo was just perfect for our mother/daughter weekend at the beach. Lovely pool, close to the beach, and the property manager was so helpful. Highly recommend.

Great stay!

I was in town for a fishing tournament and needed a quiet place to stay. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Just what I needed after being outside all day with lots of people. I would definitely recommend staying here. Parking is a little tight for larger vehicles. Restaurants are nearby, if you want to walk.

The stay was great. Had an issue with the sheets in the couch sleeper. The couch sleeper itself needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. Beach access was a straight down the road.

Checking in was so lengthy

I liked the suite but the process to check in or out was so much… it dose not make me want to stay again.. had several text and had to get another app for everything to syn.. of it was all through Vrbo it would have made things just that more streamlined

I had lots of questions before we arrived due to Covid and the owners and management company responded quickly every time! I will say that it was NOT a block away from the beach as we were expecting which made getting to the beach challenging since all motorized vehicles were prohibited during our stay. I would have chosen a different property had I known that. You should probably change that to say it’s a half mile walk to the beach. But the place was nice, clean and cozy and that was equally important. It is a short walking distance to several restaurants/bars as well. Overall was satisfied.

Beach time

Our stay was fine for the short time there. Our only complaint is parking. Golf carts take up Parking spaces for vehicles. This is a huge inconvenience and sadly may determine if we consider staying at this property again.

Perfect no fuss birthday getaway

Came here for my birthday and for my sons first trip to the beach and things could not have been better. This place was in the perfect spot just a 2 minute drive away from the beach. Very quiet relaxing spot with a good fridge and kitchen for a quick breakfast before hitting the beach. My son had such a great time and liked it so much after we left he asked to go back to that “house” and not our regular house. We will book every time we come.

Great stay.

Perfect place to stay. We were sad to go. Very clean room. The pool was also clean and there were no problems of noise at night. The beach is about a two minute drive. Lots of restaurants that are walking distance. We will definitely be staying there again.

I would love to give 5 stars but....

This property is so cute and convenient that I would LOVE to give it 5 starts BUT we had an issue with cockroaches immediately. We were supposed to say Friday - Monday but decided to check out a day early because of this issue. We contacted the property management via text immediately after we checked in and discovered the issue. No response. Saturday night, while we were sleeping, a bug crawled on my husband and that was the last straw. We contacted the management company on Sunday morning letting them know that we were checking out early and still did not receive a response. This place is so cute...and smelled so clean when we walked in...and has a great location! I'm sad that I have to give it a bad review.

Nice area, easy access to beach and walking distance to a few local restaurants

The condo itself was a cozy little spot, problem we had was the floors where pretty sticky and dirty. Had to wipe our feet before we got into bed at night Never could get WiFi for the period of time we stayed. Was told the WiFi was “iffy”, when We did get WiFi to show up the password provided was wrong. So we just gave up on WiFi. We ended up having a little unwanted guest in our room, a mouse that got into some of our food for the weekend. Other than that the beach access was easy, local restaurants was within walking distance. If asked to rent the location again in all honestly we probably would. Provided we get a better rate due to the mouse getting in our food and floors not a clean.
