Lovely cabin, very clean and stocked with everything you could need. Lisa, our host, was very nice and got back to us right away when we had a question. Would definitely recommend this property!

This was a great anniversary getaway! The cabin is cute and cozy and very well stocked. Beds are comfy and all linens are provided. Everything was clean and well kept. We traveled with 2 dogs and that worked out well. The host was friendly and quick to respond. I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

Overall the cabin is very nice. Great fire pit. Only downside is the lake is almost entirely private and we were not aware space for shore fishing was very scarce. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Hi Chris and Lori, yes it’s always been a private lake. Our home is located closest to the public area to launch kayaks, tubes or fish. If you read about our property you would know this prior to arrival. I do provide kayaks and my site is honest. I am a bit disappointed in your 4 star review because of this. I do hope you come again. The area is amazing with so much to offer in any season. Peace!

Great Place To Stay

My two boys, 14 &10, and I had a fantastic week at this cabin. We fished, kayaked and enjoyed the amenities at Split Rock. It was a wonderful change from the beach.

Cozy!

We loved our stay in the cozy cabin! The deer were so sweet and the home had everything we needed. Lisa supplied lots of nice towels, and the front deck is great for relaxing! It’s a lovely place to stay!

Wonderful Stay!

We did a camping weekend for my friends birthday and this place was everything we could’ve asked for. Between the quaint backyard and the lake itself, I don’t know which we enjoyed more. Lisa was so accommodating and helpful and the house is absolutely beautiful! It’s in a beautiful location and not too far from the Poconos as well.

Felt like home

Lisa was so warm and inviting the house was cozy and warm everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful anyone one planning on visiting the area must rent here clean all the comforts of home we will return hopefully for years to come

Bear essentials

Bear motif was fun in this compact cabin. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Loved that it came with a kayak so we could enjoy being on the water. Convenient to Hickory Run State Park for hiking an swimming.
