Ocean Walk est une communauté pittoresque condominiums à distance de marche et à vélo de la jetée du village, des boutiques et des restaurants, ainsi que la plage. Le très grand campus offre un cadre de parc avec des chênes centenaires ombrageant les différents bâtiments. Des palmiers et des feuillages colorés ornent les deux grandes piscines, dont l'une est chauffée. Parmi les autres équipements de la communauté, vous trouverez un bassin en forme de canard avec une fontaine, un centre de remise en forme, un court de tennis et une aire de jeux pour enfants.

Ocean Walk B-6 est une maison de ville sur 2 niveaux offrant trois chambres confortables avec deux salles de bain complètes à l'étage et une demi-bain au niveau de vie principal. Le grand salon avec grande télévision à écran plat, foyer électrique est le centre de rassemblement de la maison de ville. Il y a un patio au large du salon. La cuisine a été entièrement mise à jour avec de nouveaux revêtements de sol tout au long. Check in was smooth. Since there was not anyone checking on our checkout day, the host allowed us a later check out time which was a huge help. The townhouse was in a great location and a short walk to the village. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Great place and very close to downtown so you can walk. Stayed there with my three teens. Plenty of room to sprawl watching tv, although we loved the dining room for games. Thank you!

The location suits us well for bike riding and walking. Our only disappointment was in the cleanliness upon arrival. We found crumbs in the master bed and had to switch sheets. There were also a few dirty dishes and pans in the kitchen. The condo is great, the cleanliness not so much.

If you are older you may have a difficult time with steps to upstairs bedrooms.

Nice Condo and location

Comfortable well equipped condo. Beds are fine. Bathrooms small but functional. Nice kitchen and living room. We have stayed in Ocean Walk on numerous occasions and this was one of the best equipped units we have been in. Ocean Walk is perfect location for biking, close to downtown, and not far from beach.

Fulfilled all our expectations for a relaxing stay!

Great location to the village and beaches. Walking distance to nice playground and pickle ball. Complex had pool, playground, ping pong, duck pond, small gym area, and corn hole. We were told there were no beach towels or beach chairs, but did find some at the house. Comfortable spaces for our family to rest from all the activity. We love SSI and come every year. This was the best place we’ve stayed for the location. Highly recommend!

Great property

This townhouse was amazing! Located right across from the heated pool in the community. There is a dog park very close for those with furry family members. Very clean. My son has dog allergies which can make staying in rentals a problem and he had no issues at all (they have an air ionizer on the central air system). They even mailed us an item we left behind by mistake. If renting in St. Simon look no further.
