We’d give the carriage house 11 stars out of 10 if we could! Perfect space for 2! Experienced travelers amenities! Well stocked, extra towels, comfy bed, nicely appointed kitchen, clean, smells good, comfortable and conveniently located to downtown Kirkland. Got some great walks to appreciate the fall color! We will be back! Thank you Jill & Rick!

We had a great stay. The unit was immaculate and well furnished. It is close to downtown Kirkland, which has great restaurants, a lake walk, and shops. Jill and Rick were very welcoming. We highly recommend both the unit and the hosts. We will stay there again if it’s available when we’re back in town.

Staycation in Kirkland

Our stay at the carriage house was very comfortable, relaxing and I felt a bit pampered. The location is very quiet but easy to get to downtown or trails for walking and biking. I would recommend Rick and Jill’s little gem.

Cozy, quiet - perfect

We stayed for three weeks and have already planned to return for another three weeks in the Fall. My husband is in treatment for cancer and appreciated the comfort of this property. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, has lots of light and is just a perfect place to cozy up after a day at Fred Hutchinson. Jill and Rick are very responsive and kind.

Everything about this house is nicely and absolutely done. The hosts went above and beyond to provide the best and comfortable experience from a lovely updated design, furniture, bed coverings, heated bathroom floor, an abundance of kitchen and bathroom items. Whatever you needed, you will find it there. Kirkland is a wonderful safe and quiet city. The location was perfect to visit friends in the area, go to work in Redmond and do some shopping. Highly recommend the carriage house and we will be looking forward to book again.

Exceeded all expectations!

My best friend and I stayed for a concert and girls weekend, and we couldn't have asked for a better home base. The carriage house is lovely, updated, and extremely well-appointed - we had everything we needed and more. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is downright luxurious. The hosts left an exhaustive list of recommendations and highlights, which definitely came in handy. Communication was easy and clear, and the location made it possible for us to enjoy the concert and some winery visits without having to rent a car. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for excellent hospitality!
