La vue donne sur de grands jardins clos, une pergola avec une magnifique fontaine. Ceci est une maison d'hĂŽtes situĂ©e sur un terrain impeccable et soignĂ© d'un manoir historique! A 5 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Kirkland et Ă  20 minutes du centre-ville de Seattle. Toutes les commoditĂ©s Ă  quelques minutes de ce beau chalet avec un environnement semblable Ă  un parc. Lovely cottage with propane fireplace was super cozy and well done. Hosts greeted us as we arrived and seemed like "old friends"....felt very welcomed! Quiet location but close to what we needed.

The cottage is nicely done and comfortable. My wife and I stayed here before and loved it.I met Norm while I was getting ready to drive somewhere and he was very friendly.We would stay there again if it is available. It's convenient to a lot of shopping in the Totem Lake area and close to Kirkland Village for a wide range of restaurants.

This was such a quaint little place. I loved the fireplace. I love the decor and I like the privacy. It was a great location. Easy to the freeway. Easy to shopping and the hosts were so sweet and generous! I will stay there my next visit back to Washington!

The property was so darling and landscaping was beautiful. Excellent location. Only thing to improve is a more comfortable bed. Bed is actually inadequate for the quality of the rest of the property. Woke up sore every day. Having said that, I would stay here again anyways because it was so darn cute.

Nice and cozy. A short walk to Juanita Beach. Centrally located for our side trips - everything was 30 minutes or less away. The grounds are beautiful and wonderful for sitting on the porch and enjoying them and the quiet. Hosts are friendly.

This spot was perfect for me. Lovely and peaceful after busy times visiting friends. Just loved the enclosed gardens. Marcy and her husband were super hospitable. It was easy to get to from SeaTac and easy to get to other destinations in the area. I’d happily return given the chance.

Such a Special Place

This property and cozy little cottage was AMAZING! So close to everything but that doesn't compare to what you're surrounded by. Lush manicured greens and a feeling of the old world meeting the new...Marcy and her husband Norm were so delightful, helpful and accommodating. The space was delightful and perfect for our weekend! Great visit to Seattle!

My dad and I were in town to see Mount Rainier and a couple Mariners games, and it was the perfect place. Very quiet neighborhood and easy access to freeways. The hosts also were very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Family Visit

We returned to Marcy and Norm’s to visit our grandchildren in the area. The location of this property is handy to them, shopping, and great walking opportunities around Juanita Beach. Their property is well maintained and perfect in size.

We loved the cottage!! It was so cute! Maybe even prettier in person if that’s possible. Check in/out was a breeze. Hosts were so nice and easy to communicate with! Couldn’t say more nice things. Definitely stay here if you are looking for something in the area!

This property is spectacular because the guest cottage on our grounds is one of a kind. We designed the interior after we took a trip to Nantucket Island! People that have stayed here say it is uniquely peaceful! Was featured on, "TINY HOUSE NATION!."

Spring thru Fall one acre of immaculate landscaped grounds!!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Juanita Beach if 6 blocks away with a beautiful Lake Washington access for paddle boards and kayaks, lots of new climb on toys for kids of all ages, rentals, snack bar (in the summer months) All updated within the last 3 years. SO nice to have nearby and a great place to walk to (large walkway out around the beach area) and if you include that round trip from our house to the beach is 2 1/2 miles! So, you can your walks in!!

The benefits are that it's close to everything, the beach, the mountains, downtown Seattle, Microsoft, Boeing, Google, and if you love islands - the San Juan's are only 2 hrs. away!
Kirkland is like a beach town in the summer with arts festivals, alfresco dining everywhere and a beautiful waterfront to stroll and enjoy the view of downtown Seattle and the Olympic mountains. Come stay a week or stay a lifetime! You'll be glad you came! OH AND REMEMBER - IF YOU RENT A MOVIE ON OUR TV (NETFLIX, PRIME, ETC.) LEAVE US A CHECK OR CASH FOR EACH MOVIE YOU HAD TO PAY FOR - THANKS!!! )
