This beautiful, cozy cottage on its' own waterfront lot has
water access and ocean frontage. The cottage is located in Ostrea Lake, Musquodoboit Harbour, Nova Scotia, Canada.

We are 25 kms. from Martinique Beach, longest sandy beach in NS.
5.4 kms. long.
We are a short drive to Clam Harbour (32 kms.) and Lawrencetown Beaches. Surfers hang out at Lawrencetown Beach, 45 kms. away.
It's a well known, world famous surfing domain. They are all Provincial Parks. Taylor's Head Beach, another gorgeous Provincial Park is 45 minutes away.

We are 60 minutes from Halifax International Airport. (YHZ).
We are 45 minutes from Dartmouth, NS.
We are 55 minutes from Halifax, NS. drive into Dartmouth, park and take the ferry to Halifax. Stroll the famous Boardwalk. Visit Citadel Hill.
Have lunch on the Boardwalk at one of the great restaurants, pubs.

We are a 10 minute drive from amenitities in Musquodoboit Harbour (Sobeys, Liquor Store, Hardware, Dollar store, Pharmacy) and coffee shop (Tim Hortons) with restaurants, gas, etc. available.
Porters Lake Shopping is 30 minutes away, Atlantic Superstore is there.

We also have a micro brewery in the Harbour. Variety of places to eat (Chinese Food, Fish and Chips, great pizza, etc.). A bowling alley and a Tavern, The Old #7 (with great food) is just up the road.
