The cabin is very nice, and it boasts a beautiful view. It's great for families with children. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were clean.

Beautiful home, great location, and amazing views!

Our recent stay was for a ski trip to Snow Valley. The locations was perfect. We couldn’t have been happier with the home. It is a lovely space, has games for the kids, and amazing views. Also, an extra thank you to Mary Ann for working with us to book, as it was touch & go due to snow plow status. Her communication was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Snow Valley family getaway

Our family of 6 which included our adult children (ages 21-25) stayed in Snow Valley to enjoy activities at Snow Summit resort. The home was as described in the listing with fabulous views, spacious spaces and fun game room. We enjoyed our stay as well as the amenities. The check in process was simple and the host responded quickly to our questions s and concerns. My family definitely wants to return and stay at this property again

Family ski weekend

Overall: The game room, deck, and view are the reasons to rent this property. The kitchen is dated but usable (new stove & microwave is nice). The entire house could be cleaner.

Thank you for coming! You should also mention that you asked to come 3 hours early and wanted to have a meeting outside while my housekeeper cleaned. To all renters, please allow the housekeeper time to clean. And yes, the kitchen needs to be updated, I completely agree. We have a new refrigerator, new stove, new microwave, new dishwasher as well as pots, pans, dishware and supplies stocked. But the countertop, sink and cabinets will be improved if the stock market goes up! :) at this moment the kitchen has an "old style quaintness".

The property is as described and as seen in the pictures. The only negative reviews is about the person who is being paid to clean and restock towels etc. Owner was very responsive and had a quick solution.

Beautiful balcony but dirty

The view from the balcony can not be beat. It's breathtaking and I spent all my time on the balcony. The only good thing a high cleaning fee is the assumption it is professionally cleaned before you get there as well. This is definitely not the case with this property. There were large cobwebs from the ceiling fan, every lighting fixture and all the baseboards. I literally had to clean off spiderwebs to use an outlet. The worst thing was the standing water after using the shower. I had to clean out the drain. It was DISGUSTING. A horrible way to start a vacation is cleaning out someone else's hair from the drain. Stay in this location but choice a property that hires a proper cleaning crew.

I wish you would have contacted me right away about these issues. We could have had the cleaning crew come out and fix the drain and taken care of the other issues. We have had nothing but great reviews from this new cleaner that we have had since spring. I have come up and have been very happy with them. This is the first comment from any renter of any problems.

Great experience. Cozy house with a game room that worked out great for our family. Housekeeping could be a bit more detailed and the bed was a bit firm for my taste. Other then that we had a great time and it was totally worth it.

Best view

This is the best view. Amazing sunsets and you can see for miles. The outdoors looks as though it's been recently done over with beautiful balconies on both levels. The inside was nice but could use a little TLC but the views made up for it.

delightful, relaxing holiday weekend

This home was perfect for us-- big enough that we could get away from each other as needed (it's almost finals week!), but plenty of room for together fun and eating our Thanksgiving feast and leftovers. Both the owner and the housekeeper were extremely responsive. One of us was thrilled that his arcade acumen was still on point and he added his initials as High Score on most games he played. The views were gorgeous, replete with moon and stars at night, and perfect for swinging or rocking and soaking up sunshine during the day. Being less than an hour from ONT airport and UCR was great, too.

Amazing Views

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The neighborhood is quiet while being close enough to some of the attractions, we found it to be a great location. My son loved the game room…..ok Dad loved it too. The place was clean and communication with the owner was easy. The views from the balcony were priceless. We plan on return visits to this property.

Great family home

We had a great time. Super close to Snow valley where we night skied 2 nights in a row. Close to a great burger joint and pastrami sandwiches. The house is super clean and roomy. Beautiful views from every level. Highly recommend

Amazing view and fun game room

The view from living room and bedrooms was amazing. Pac-man arcade machine was a brand new experience for iPad generation. Bathroom needs a bit more attention (smell and cleanliness). Overall, spacious and comfortable, will stay again in the future.

Amazing View

The view from the patio is wonderful, the leaving room ver comfortable and the chimney, we also enjoy of the Netflix, the kitchen is load of plates, glasses, utensils. Microwave, refrigerate all works very good. Bedrooms very comfortable. So it was a very good experience and I recommend 100% this place.

Ant problem...

Disclaimer: the owner was quick to respond to all complaints and refunded us for the remaining days without issue. I understand this is a rustic location, but this place had a lot of ants. When we arrived there were a small amount of ants around a sticky spot on the kitchen counter, and we cleaned that hoping they'd disperse. Within a couple of hours the ants had swarmed over unopened food in the kitchen and even in the kitchen cabinets. They were also in the main bathroom. We informed the owner, and she apologized and booked an exterminator for the next day, but we did not want to wait that out, and decided to leave the next morning. We were refunded for the rest of our trip, but unfortunately our vacation was ruined. Overall this place seemed to lack basic things like dish towels for drying pots and pans, or a brush to clean the grill. A small amount of coffee filters found in a kitchen cabinet had ants on them. Be aware that the game room's ceiling is quite low, so if you are over 6 feet you'll probably have to crouch. The views were really great, but it overlooks two roads, one basically a highway, and car and motorcycle engines reverberate loudly in the canyon below all day and night.

Great access to activities

The home is lovely, comfortable, and well stocked with essentials. The views were magnificent. Local activities were easy to access. The only draw back was the noise from the streets below.
