Votre petit endroit confortable avec entrée privée, réfrigérateur et micro-ondes. La cour est privée et toute la vôtre. Central, près du centre-ville et du sud de Denver, à 5 minutes du Denver Tech Center, à environ 10 minutes de l'hôpital de l'Université du Colorado. À environ 20 minutes de l'aéroport et de l'autre côté de la rue du parc d'État de Cherry Creek, qui a un grand lac et 30 miles de sentiers de randonnée et de vélo. Beaucoup d'animaux sauvages. Marchez jusqu'à Pho, Thai, Mexican, pizza, 711 et magasin d'alcools. Cafetière, bouilloire et café fournis.

Maison d'hôtes en rez-de-jardin attenante à la maison principale mais disposant d'une entrée indépendante.
Il s'agit d'un emplacement résidentiel calme et central.

Remarque: Il y a un invité à long terme qui reste au-dessus de cette unité afin que vous puissiez entendre des bruits de pas (comme toute autre maison ou appartement avec des gens).

Neat and clean!

My first time using VRBO and Gabe made it great! The room was awesome! Nice decor, clean, private bath, private entrance... even a mini fridge, sink and microwave in our private area! I would highly recommend Gabe and his home.

We had an excellent time at Gabe’s place. It was the perfect location for all of our adventures. The place is small, but clean, private & in a quiet conveniently located neighborhood. The place is supplied with everything you may need to enjoy your stay.

The property was clean and well maintained. It was conveniently located to accessing all parts of the Denver/Aurora area including the Park, The mountains and the central business District; with easy access to the Airport.

Perfect neighborhood but noisy unit

Property was great but needed more thorough cleaning. Also if you require a minimum 3 night stay I suggest you accommodate 2 guests with sufficient linens and towels to use for the duration of the stay. Also handsoap was nearly empty upon arrival and what looked to be dried blood on the bathroom door...All indicative of someone rushing to clean . Last but not least this isnt the best place for peace and quiet we heard heavy footsteps each night and morning so there was no sleeping in although this was setup to be a mini vacation.

Perfect for Denver Exploration

We found this property to be perfect for our daily explorations of the Denver area. It's just a short drive from the airport and provides all the utility of a secluded hotel with exclusive occupancy. Our few requests were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. Mornings were spent on the patio, with a cup of coffee, watching the friendly squirrels forage along the fence-line. From there we ventured out to all points Denver via the near-by Parker Road, which serves as the local expressway. Evenings found us returning for a comfortable night's sleep. We would definitely return for another stay. Thank you!

Quiet Oasis Close to Everything

Clean and great location

Everything was as described in the listing. Clean, comfortable bed, great location and easily accessible. Super for one or two people who just need a place to sleep and shower as it's rather small for just hanging out. Gabe is a good landlord.

Quiet getaway close to everything

Neat clean accommodations. Very close to many activities. Many restaurants to choose from nearby. Nice quiet backyard to relax in. Great sized TV on wall bring your own video content or streaming account. I hooked up my laptop to HDMI on TV - which also has Chromecast and Amazon firestick. Have was very responsive and accommodating.

Quiet neighborhood, private room off the side of the house

This was our first time using this type of place to stay. We've always done hotels and were getting fed up with their prices vs. lack of cleanliness. Gabe was very polite from the beginning and has all his ducks in a row concerning the room. Everything was clean, pleasant, and easy to locate/figure out. The neighborhood was quiet and we slept well. We will not be returning to hotels after this. Thanks again!

Gabe had madeline cookies, roses, toiletries, robe, coffee, water, tea all waiting for me he was the most gracious host that made my first experience of many trips to come there. He even offered a navigation unit to use in my car cooked us a Latin American meal one nite for me and other guests. Centrally located to my BFF's home and close to frwy's for other suburb trips I visited...I just cannot say enough for Gabe except make your next trip to Colorado here..............has a beautiful back yard and close to a park other than Cherry Creek Reservoir and Park you can spend time in also...Had laundry, microwave,a fridge, even a small dishwasher for my room and I will miss his dog Valentino too...........
