La maison au bord du lac parfaite pour s'échapper avec de l'espace pour tout le monde. Les vérandas à double enroulement offrent les meilleures vues sur le lac, beaucoup d'espace extérieur pour se détendre et des couchers de soleil incroyables en été et un foyer extérieur pour l'automne et l'hiver. Cette maison a tout!! 2 salles familiales, 5 chambres, 3 salles de bain complètes, 2 demi-bains, sous-sol complet avec cuisinette.

Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une salle familiale avec une cheminée en pierre, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une grande salle à manger avec une table pouvant accueillir toute votre foule et une spacieuse chambre principale avec un lit king-size avec matelas Tempurpedic et une grande salle de bain principale avec baignoire à jets et douche. De plus, un bain de poudre et une buanderie se trouvent au rez-de-chaussée. A l'étage, une autre chambre avec une salle de bains privative. Le sous-sol est le refuge parfait pour les enfants ou une autre famille avec trois chambres à coucher, une kitchenette et un coin sous-sol.

Best family gathering for AU graduation

It was a beautiful home and location. The cove was beautiful. Beds were comfortable and pillows…we had one family member that couldn’t stop talking about how great! The space was perfect and the host was so gracious, communicated and easy to reach. We can’t find anything to complain about.

Great House

Had a great time with family at the lake. Really great location and beautiful house. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Host is very helpful and made our stay so easy.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our family time in this beautiful, spacious home! Plenty of room to spread out. Amazing views of the lake and lots of comfy seating on the decks. Rented a boat and had perfect weather to enjoy the lake all week. Location near Chimney Rock was a great central location. Wonderful!!

Family Retreat

Perfect Home

We LOVED the house-It was very well and comfortably decorated, especially the bedrooms and the main living areas. The location was remote but SO relaxing and beautiful. The owner was very responsive to our contact and accommodating to us-We would highly recommend this home-

Coastie reunion

Every year we pick a lakehouse for our summer reunion trip. This property fit the bill, luxurious finishings, vaulted great room, dining room table for 20, community kitchen, spacious bedrooms and a stunning covered boat deck in a sheltered cove. Relaxing stay, close to Anchor Marina.

Excellent Family Getaway

We rented this lovely home to celebrate our mother's 70th birthday. Everyone was thrilled with the condition of the home, the amenities (water access, dock for ease in boat rental, and ample space to spread out), and the beauty of the location. Valerie was super communicative and helpful. We had such a lovely time; we can't wait to return!

Beautiful home!

This house was inviting and very comfortable for our large extended family. The furnishings in the house are high quality and beautiful! There are plenty of spaces for couples, kids & families to spread out and have privacy or down time when needed. The dock is perfect for swimming and floating around with steps right down to the water. The multiple porches are great gathering spots with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The owner was very responsive and extremely helpful. Check in and check out was a breeze!

Beautiful Lake Martin

Our recent stay at Lake Martin was perfect in every way. The home was so beautiful and comfortable. The views from the deck were amazing and we enjoyed our coffee from there each morning. Valerie answered every question as we prepared for our trip and was so helpful with her information and knowledge of Lake Martin. The house was very comfortable and met all of our needs. We enjoyed each day on the water in our new boat. Chucks, Catherine’s, Kowaliga and Goat Island were our favorites places. Our visit was so fun and we made wonderful memories.

Excellent location close to boat rentals, restaurants and other activities

We had an excellent time at Valerie's beautiful lake house. Don't be alarmed by the small number of reviews-- they recently purchased it from another owner that also had it listed on here with hundreds of rave reviews. They are doing some great updates on the property so it should be even better if you have stayed here in the past. This is great spot on the lake with 2 enormous porches. Had both a gas and charcoal grill for us to use. Walmart and dollar general were also only 10-15 minutes away in case you run out of anything. I will definitely try staying here again in the future!

A wonderful time

We had a splendid time. Lake Martin is my happy place. The house as great. Communication was very easy. Be aware that there are MANY stairs. Getting to the pier was difficult for me because there are no hand rails. Luckily I had enough people to help me down to the pier I’m 69 years old. Young relatives had no issues.

The property needs some repairs and attention

The property, needs some attention to the cleaning. It seems like the cleaning people do a quick clean between client. The outside decks were not comfortable because of lack of cushions for the furniture.

Loved it!

We loved this house! My husband, myself, two married children with their spouses plus 6 grandchildren spent a week enjoying this lake house. It was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room to spread out but came together on the main floor for great meals and lots of laughter! The view from this house is gorgeous! We loved eating at the large table and all 12 of us could sit and eat together! We loved that we were close to chimney rock, goat island, the marinas and Kowaliga Restaurant! All of our favorite places! Valerie was so nice to work with and we hope to visit again next year!

2020 Buse Family Vacation -- Beautiful Home in an Ideal Location

Could not have been a more wonderful week despite the circumstances.... We were suppose to be preparing for our son's wedding, but it was rescheduled due to the Pandemic; and so our family of 12 spent the week in this beautiful Lake Martin lakehouse:) It was just what we needed!! The home itself was a true gem with plenty of room for all and then some. Bedrooms were comfortable, roomy yet cozy. The Family Room had plenty of seating for everyone but we spent most of our "inside" time gathered around the large, gorgeous kitchen table. We played games and enjoyed all our meals at this table! A well-stocked kitchen and large island made preparing and serving meals very easy. The walkout basement was a great option when we needed more space and we all enjoyed sitting on the large porches enjoying the views of the lake when we'd had enough sun (I personally loved the porch swing). The dock was big enough to accommodate our group while some of us fished, some swam and some soaked up the sun on the chaise lounge chairs there. Docking our boat and jet ski was easy too--being back in a cove within a cove made for nice waters to ski, wakeboard and jet ski on. Our two youngest boys were kept busy with all the nature we were surrounded by...finding frogs, turtles, lizards, fishing endlessly, making friends with the two ducks that visited us every day...they were in Heaven!! We also enjoyed boat trips to Goat Island, Chimney Rock (and the rope swing close by), several marinas and Kowaliga Restaurant--this home is in an ideal location and easy access to so much. And Valerie is a wonderful host promptly helping us with any questions we had. Thanks for letting us make so many memories at your place!!
