N Conway-Eidelweiss. Week-end à long terme les locataires sont les bienvenus. Location 4 saisons.

Private Eidelweiss home niché de la route sur 1. 2 acres. Vous êtes caché de la rue pour plus d’intimité, mais vous êtes aussi à deux pas de la plage de sable de Boulder. Vous pouvez vous détendre au soleil ou sous un arbre ombragé pendant une heure ou toute la journée. Nagez dans l'étang rafraîchissant! Et profitez de votre déjeuner à l'une des tables de pique-nique.

Le niveau principal a un salon ouvert avec beaucoup de lumière naturelle et une promenade. Il y a une grande cuisine, idéale pour recevoir, salle à manger séparée. Enfin, il y a une chambre à coucher (salle 4: complète) et une salle de bain complète au niveau principal pour compléter votre séjour.
Un bel escalier en colimaçon vous conduit à un loft avec un futon où les enfants aimeront tout pour eux-mêmes ou un grand espace à débordement pour les invités.
Le niveau inférieur est l'endroit où vous entrerez dans la maison. Une large voie d'entrée offre beaucoup d'espace pour vos sandales, vos chaussures de randonnée et votre équipement de plein air. Trois chambres sont situées à ce niveau ainsi qu'une autre salle de bain complète (chambre 1: king) (chambre 2: 2 lits superposés) (salle 3: complète).
Cette maison est une grande escapade, mais vous avez le cœur de NH à portée de main. Les plages de sable, les terrains de jeux, les magasins et les sentiers de randonnée sont à proximité. King Pine est au coin de la rue, suivi de plusieurs autres stations de ski (Cranmore, Attitash, etc.). Et n'oublions pas le Kancamangis, North Conway, Story Land et Santa's Village.

My family overall had a good stay. Only suggestion would be to disclose more information about trash disposal (days the sanitation is closed and that you have to pay for your trash). Host were nice and responsive. Thank you!

Location wise, it is a great place to stay. Very close to the town and major spots for fall colors. House is spacious but old. Dryer not functional. Towels were dirty and stained. Hosts were quick in response but I believe the cleaners did a very bad job of cleaning.

In regards to the dryer, it is used on a regular bases. Perhaps we could have helped you with a setting? And we could have had different towels delivered if there was an issue. Great time

Stayed here with 5 other women for a Saco tubing weekend. Had a great time! Plenty of room for everyone. We all had a great time and was very close to our tubing rental company. Would definitely stay again.

Storyland and beach

Our family enjoyed our stay at this perfect family friendly house. We walked to the beachfront pond and went to storyland which was a short 25 minute drive away. Hoping to go back again next year!

Such a fantastic place to stay! Our hosts were quick to respond and incredibly accommodating to our group. The house is exactly as listed. Super close to Boulder Beach. Spacious!! Huge deck with lots of seating. They have thought of everything that you might need while staying. So many fun extras for entertainment too. Clean, easy check-in & check out. We had a great time in Madison. The driveway was very icy and no ice was provided but other than that the house was it is described in the description. The location is convenient and very pretty.

Comfy house with lots of space

Location was perfect for all water activities at the lakes and hiking nearby. Great neighborhood, friendly and helpful people at all the local stores, beaches, etc. Loved the ample space in the house for kids, teens, and adults to all enjoy the long sunny weekend. Plus the big outside deck with plenty of chairs, tables and a gas grill is great for family dinners! Would definitely recommend this place, it met all expectations from the VRBO listing.

Great Eidelweiss Escape

This is our second year in a row - and our third time overall - staying at this home for our annual family ski trip to King Pine. We love the open floor plan of the main floor that allows us to be in the kitchen but still able to be with everyone else. Bring toilet paper and paper towels if you’ll be staying more than a night or two. The hosts are wonderful and communication was excellent. We’re looking forward to staying again!

This home is beautiful with plenty of space to spread out. The beds are comfortable, and the provided linens and towels were such a bonus because we didn’t have to pack our own. The convenience of a washer and dryer was also wonderful. We were there during a very hot week, and the main floor got very hot, so we quickly figured out a cool-down solution the best we could, and we tended to make the hottest time of day in the house when we would go out to the water or explore the area. The downstairs, where the bedrooms are, was always cool enough to sleep. Thank you for sharing your beautiful, spacious home with us! We really enjoyed our stay!

You are 1/10 a mile to a beautiful sandy beach to sit at or swim to a dock, enjoy the playground across the street from pond, bathroom, etc. Even with this amazing location you are still tucked up in the woods, set back from the road, able to soak in the natural sounds of mother nature.
