Ce grand condo Gulf Shores est situé sur la belle plage de sable blanc du golfe du Mexique dans le complexe Southern Sands. Il est situé à seulement 1/4 de mile de l'autoroute 59 à distance de marche d'activités amusantes et d'excellents restaurants, tels que The Hangout! Ce condo est super basse densité avec seulement 18 unités dans le complexe. Cela signifie pas de plage bondée, pas de piscine bondée et pas de parking bondé! La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec micro-ondes, machine à glaçons, nouvelle cuisiniÚre, mixeur, etc. et des comptoirs en granit! Le salon a la télévision par cùble et un lecteur DVD. Chaque étage dispose d'une buanderie ** gratuite ** pour votre confort. La salle à manger peut accueillir six convives. La chambre principale a un lit king size, la deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen size et le canapé-lit dans le salon est également un lit queen size. Salle de bain principale a une douche à l'italienne. Belle piscine extérieure.

LOVED this place!!

Loved this condo! In a great location, walking distance to food,stores and coffee! Nice pool not super crowded and clean! Condo was a good size and had everything we needed.

Great Vaca

This was our second visit this year. We love this spot. Can’t beat the location and beach. With this being a smaller condo complex, beach is not overly crowded. Walking distance from restaurants and shops. Clean, comfortable condo unit.

Great Spring Break Trip

Ok love the property. The host was sweet, the cleaners could clean better the outside of the cabinets and fridge were dirty. Probably leave cleaning rags for bathroom & a mop I could not find one. Overall it was so good nothing I couldnt fix. Would definitely stay again the view the locati. Awesome

Wonder condo right on the beach

Loved the under-the-building parking. Keeps the vehicle cool on super-hot days. There's an elevator for convenience or can use the stairs. The laundry facilities were clean and on the same floor. The condo has beachy decor thru-out with a well-stocked kitchen. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the main bath has a lovely rain shower. Clean pool with plenty of lounge chairs, short walk to the beach, great location and safe area. We had a wonderful stay and will go back!

Overall nice stay

We stayed 5 nights at this property. View is beautiful and the unit is right on the main drag. Communication with the host was excellent, with quick responses. Check in process was simple. What we didn’t like was ants in the kitchen sink, a used bandaid stuck to the mattress cover of the hideaway bed, somewhat sandy floors when we entered and took our shoes off, and having to put away the dishes from the last renter. The light wasn’t working in the master bath but we just used the light in the shower unit instead.

Absolutely adorable beach condo!

We absolutely loved the condo. It was a quiet area but within a few blocks of restaurants and activities. It is an adorable cottage feel. I don’t feel the pictures did it justice. We will absolutely stay here again.

Hangout Fest 2023

We chose this condo due to how close it was to the festival grounds. The condo was perfect and location was awesome! Parking was a bit confusing at first but we quickly got things worked out. We will definitely consider this place for future travels!

The condo, property and location are all excellent and well . I would highly recommend this rental.

My husband and two teenage daughters stayed in the unit. There was plenty of room. It was an excellent location for our girls to do a little exploring on their own. This unit was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and so well stocked! Dianne really went above and beyond thinking of everything a family may need. The ease of check-in was terrific. We had our car tag and entry code before we left our home. The extra carts for carrying groceries were a nice touch. The condo is ten steps from the elevator, and with the way the floors are designed, we never saw any other renters. The photos of the view are spot on. We had a wonderful experience and will vacation here again.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Most of my guests are repeat renters because they love my unit and the small, comfy complex. We only have 18 units, which means the beach or the pool is never crowded and there is plenty of parking. There are 6 restaurants and 5 souvenier shops within walking distance. You can actually park your car and walk everywhere you need to go except the grocery store (and there's a small convenience store across the street). Southern Sands is the beat location in Gulf Shores!
