Cette maison de location est dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t et fournira Ă  votre famille ou Ă  deux familles toutes les nĂ©cessitĂ©s nĂ©cessaires pour une merveilleuse expĂ©rience Fripp. Il dispose de deux suites parentales. Le salon et la cuisine sont conçus pour ĂȘtre ouverts et spacieux. Il y a beaucoup d'espace de stationnement pour les grandes familles avec garage pour 2 voitures. Cette maison est proche de la plage et des piscines, Ă  une minute en voiturette de golf (2 sont fournis).
Nouveau téléviseur plasma de 50 pouces et planchers de bois franc.
Il y a une grande terrasse pour se détendre. Venez vous détendre sur cette grande ßle entourée d'ßles peu développées. Il n'y a ni trafic ni agitation. Vous adorerez les activités.

Avec des passes, vous pouvez jouer au golf et jouer au tennis. Nous sommes situĂ©s sur un parcours de golf face Ă  l'ocĂ©an. La marina est Ă  proximitĂ© oĂč vous pouvez sauter dans un bateau et explorer. Deux voiturettes de golf et vĂ©los sont disponibles sans frais de plus de 600 $. Great house for family vacation

The house is very nice and well appointed. It was clean and comfortable. Everything needed for preparing meals is available in the kitchen. Hot water never ran out (there were 10 of us)! Wifi is excellent. The house seems pretty centrally located and convenient to all amenities on the island. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, etc to be used. It's very nice that the owners also offer the use of their golf cart. We had a party of 10, so we rented an additional cart for the week. With the torrential rains this week, it would've been nice to have access to the stairwell that leads to the area under the house, but we probably wouldn't have even thought about it if the weather had been better. We didn't really get the opportunity to use the back deck (except for using the gas grill once in torrential rain) because of the weather, but were able to grab a few minutes here and there in the rockers on the front porch, which was quite pleasant. The hostess is extremely accommodating, taking our needs into consideration for an alternate check-in time and also allowing our furry family members to stay with us. This house was the perfect hub for our Fripp family vacation.

Wonderful location

This house is in a great location with lots of room. Jan was very responsive and answered all my questions. The house is pet friendly so there are quite a bit of stained carpets however other than that it is very clean. The elevator is a great feature but not very reliable if you have to depend on it. We enjoyed the front porch in the afternoons and made use of the fully stocked kitchen.

4th of July vacation

The property is starting to show its age. Between the mix match of towels to the torn sheets in the primary bedroom to the inoperable shower doors and very poor water pressure. Requiring the renters to wash the towels before checking out at 10:00am is ridiculous.For the price of the rental one expects a golf cart that is newer and not consumed with rust.It’s time for a makeover on this old lady.

Lovely property!

Our family had a glorious week at this home. If you haven’t been to Fripp in the fall, GO. It is perfect! Not the least bit crowded and it’s not very hot. This home was great! The layout was perfect for our family (myself, husband, 3 kids (14, 13, 8) and my mother in law). It was also full of surprises-the owner advertised one golf cart, there were 2! Owner said to bring our own paper products, but there were plenty there. There were tons of beach toys, a couple beach chairs, and tons of games/puzzles. The location was close to everything on the island and we biked/walked a lot. The lot was also beautiful. There is a small lagoon in the backyard (don’t worry- no gators spotted on our trip). The owner was communicative, even on her trip to another country. Oh, and my 8 year-old daughter was OBSESSED with the bath tub in the master bath. It seriously made her trip! We’ve been coming to Fripp for over 15 years, and we will most certainly be renting this house again.

Wonderful trip

Jan was so helpful throughout the whole process of booking and checking in. The house was amazing! The home was stocked with plenty of kitchen items, bathroom towels, etc. No complaints at all. We had to deal with Tropical Storm Debby a few days during our stay and Jan was quick to check in on us. The grandkids loved the driveway for driving their bikes through the muddy puddles. It was an excellent family vacation and I would love to stay at Jan's home again very soon.

2nd stay and will stay again

We hove staying at Fifth on Fripp. This was the 2nd time staying and we have already booked our next trip. The house is large enough to spread out and sleep our family comfortably. The location is perfect and easy to access all the island has to offer. Host is very responsive and helpful.

Excellent property!

This property is great! The house is spacious, well kept, and equipped with all amenities. We were with 7 adults, but had plenty of space to spread out. Our family consisted of the parents, three sons with two wives, and baby granddaughter (5 months). The bedroom with the two full size beds has a build-in full size crib. We stayed the week of Thanksgiving, and our children decided to cook the Thanksgiving meal. The large kitchen is well stocked with all things that were needed to have the traditional dinner. Communication with the owner was great, she responds to questions/inquiries within 24 hours or less. Instructions for the property are detailed and easy to follow. We loved this location on Fripp, big palms and oaks in the yard surrounding the large back porch, away from the road, adjacent to the Ocean Point Golf Course. We highly recommend this property for any family vacation!

This was our 2nd year staying at Fifth at Fripp. The house is a great layout with plenty of space to hold our 3 generations of family! Convenient location made even better with the included golf cart. Highly recommend!

Relaxing family and friends vacation

Great property, good communication with the owner. Owner provided cart had an issue with the reverse switch and the company came to fix it in 15 minutes! Overall a great space, great location and great accommodations!

Great Beach Getaway with Lots of Room

I have taken my daughter and a group of her friends to Fripp every year for her birthday for the past 8 years. Now 23, the tradition still continues. This was a great spot for all of us. Lots of beds and room to spread out and lots of parking since we had so many cars. Some of the pictures on the listing are outdated (the master bath and kitchen) so we were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful updates the owner has done. We especially loved that the house came with one golf cart (we also rented an additional one on our own). The beach is a quick golf cart ride away and it's especially fun to scoot about the island in the carts. Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend!

Memories Made

This was a wonderful home for our family vacation. Communication with the property owner was great. The air conditioner went out on a Friday evening, but Jan called and it was repaired first thing Monday morning. We did end up purchasing a couple of fans to help cool things down due to the rising temperature in the house. Lots of space indoors and the back deck provided a nice respite outdoors. We would suggest this home for a family or a group of friends.
