AUCUN DIMANCHE CHECK INS, TOUT MAIS DIMANCHE, la maison est appelĂ©e (PÊCHE AUTONOME) petite maison de 2 chambres, une salle de bain, grand porche couvert avec vue, bain Ă  remous, Internet, rĂ©seau parabolique avec une tĂ©lĂ©vision connectĂ©e. laveuse et sĂ©cheuse, draps, ustensiles de cuisine, argenterie tous fournis. nous sommes proches de l'autoroute 24 et pouvons le voir depuis la propriĂ©tĂ©. nous fournissons un rouleau de serviettes en papier et 2 rouleaux de papier toilette. nous ne fournissons ni shampoing ni savon. propriĂ©tĂ© sur environ 4 hectares avec de grands arbres nichĂ©s contre le flanc de la montagne. cette propriĂ©tĂ© est gĂ©rĂ©e par GRANT SUMMIT CABINS

Cabin was adorable. Only 4 star given for surrounding area was due to traffic. Wasn’t bad, but in the evening on the porch was a little louder. Quieted down at night and couldn’t hear it all. Other than that, a great get away. Hated we had to cut it short due to family emergency.

Great location

Perfect spot. The deck has amazing views and the hut tub was perfect! Short drive to Chattanooga. The roads being close by was not an issue. Would love to stay again!

Great place!

The Gone Fishin cabin was exactly what we needed. Great location and easy access. Loved the river and mountain view. Had all the amentities we needed and very clean. Hot tub was really nice after a long day. Street traffic was a little noisy but nothing a fan couldn't drown out. We will definitely stay here again.

Spring get away from NY

We had a lovely time. The cottage is very comfortable. We all enjoyed sitting on the porch with the view of the water. The only thing we couldn't find was the toaster?

Nice little house

Nice to have a place to stay while visiting relatives in the area. The hot tub looked exciting, but we did not have the time to test out. We had a small problem with the TV remote, but the manager was very quick to remedy the situation.

I had great expectations and I was not disappointed! In fact it was 10 times more! If we ever come back to the area, we will definitely stay here again! Nothing that reflects bad on the property. There is not a wide selection of places to eat. We do highly recommend Whiskey Throttle BBQ on Rt. 41!

Nice getaway

My family stayed at gone fishing for 2 nights. I have a 6 year old and 1 year old so the back porch was really nice to keep my 1 year old outside but not having to worry about him running off lol my daughter and boyfriend and I enjoyed the hot tub. Everything was very clean and we had a great view of the lake. The only thing that was not my favorite was I24 was across from the lake so sitting outside at night on the porch was very loud, but it was still quiet inside so it doesn’t interfere with anything other than if you want to enjoy a quiet night on the porch.

Our Trip to Chattanooga

Hi: My son and I stayed at the "Gone Fishing" house and had a great time. We went to the Aquarium and Ruby Falls, both of which were exciting and fun. The television set up in the house was very hard to figure out though and no instructions were provided. After punching through button after button, we got to watch some shows and some movies as well, so all was not lost. Also, I wrote to the owners a couple of times but didn't receive a response (unless they sent me something today) to date. I hope we can return some day and enjoy another trip to Chattanooga. Tavern Gals Weekend Escape

The cabin was very clean and had plenty of room for us girls. The only suggestion I have it to revamp the kitchen/laundry area if you ever remodel again. The laundry could easily fit in the hall game/linen closet and the refrigerator moved to laundry spot. The range area could be moved to the refrigerator area and the old range area and upper cabinets over the island could be torn out and opened up to the living area. It would open up the whole area and make the kitchen less cramped. Just a suggestion. Otherwise it was great for us 4 girls and we loved the hot tub! Also, what brand mattresses do you have because they are awesome and I want one for my home!

We enjoyed our stay at Gone Fishing, the place was clean, easily accessible and comfortably furnished. We enjoyed seeing thie sights on Lookout Mtn. and then returned to enjoy the hot tub.

Great cottage

We rented the cottage over our Christmas break and it was perfect! The hot tub was clean, the furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed!

Wonderful stay

The cabin is clean and has plenty of kitchen space. It is not on the lake, but it has a pretty view. Very happy with our stay~
