The facilities were great. Cabinets had lots of utensils for cooking. Place was very clean. My only reason for 4 stars was we had a concern that we felt needed communication after hours and we were told to wait until morning. I’m not sure if this was a decision of management or who, but we were left to make our own decision about how to care for a situation out of our control. Thankfully it worked out fine. Again, otherwise, a great place to stay.

Nice unit quiet location, easy bus to slopes, would book again for sure , Management team got us more towels really quickly for Hot Tub

We had a great stay here. The property is very close to the bus line to the mountain. It was clean and comfortable for a group with parking for 2 cars

Plenty of space for family of four (and then some) with three bedrooms, full kitchen and living area, and garage for gear storage. Overall great location to Steamboat resort in nice quiet neighborhood with pool and hot tub.

I was very pleased with the property and location. The condo is very roomy and the layout is ideal. Like other reviews I agree that the check in could be more seamless. It wasn’t a big deal to have to pick up the key and drop off but seems rather antiqued.

Great location! Kids loved the pool and the bunk beds. Toilet seat was broken but promptly fixed by management. Overall great stay.

Great location, nice condo

We had a great time in Steamboat, and this property met our needs as a family of six. I would have preferred not to have to check-in at the rental agency, but otherwise, I recommend.

Good three bedroom stay

The condo is roomy and gave us room to enjoy our stay. Back patio is small and had a lot of mosquitoes. Couple of details: bus stop is about 10 minutes away but very walkable. Garbage instructions are in the garage on the wall. Lots of small coffee shops within 5-10 minutes.

Great Fourth of July stay in Steamboat Springs

Very nice accommodations. Walking distance to Steamboat village. Kitchen has adequate supplies. Patio is small but nice. Beds are ok. Appreciate that there are fans as the upstairs is very warm in the summer. Really appreciate that this townhouse has two parking spaces. I agree that the check-in and check out process is very inconvenient as the pickup and drop off of keys is a distance away.

Good location and bice stay

The only issue we had was the lack of some usual items: salt, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent. Other than that, the place is great! Perfect for 8 adults. The shuttle service was great too

Great location for group stay with kids

Great property and location! Plenty of room for 3 families, 2 with toddlers. Spacious rooms and living area. Additional items for kids like books, a few toys, small table and chairs. Shuttle right at the entrance of the property and plenty of parking with their overflow parking. Already saved the property for future stays!

Getaway

We brought relatives from the UK to visit. We all loved the property. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was lovely and well stocked. Seating was comfortable. Nice patio. We used the hot tub too. Property was in a nice location central to town and attractions.
