Ski Shawnee Peak & Sunday River, maison de vacances magnifiquement rénovée.

Cette belle maison de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain et salle familiale se trouve sur 45 acres.
Un lecteur rapide, à 15 minutes de la marina et de la plage du lac Sebago. L'étang Peabody tranquille avec rampe de mise à l'eau est à 5 minutes. Shawnee Peak pour les sports d'hiver est à 20 minutes. Bridgton Center et Portland sont également à proximité.
Le salon, la salle Ă  manger et la cuisine sont Ă  aire ouverte avec de beaux murs en bois et du carrelage. La salle Ă  manger s'ouvre sur un curseur vers l'arriĂšre-cour avec un kiosque de tente et un foyer. 3 kayaks et cannes Ă  pĂȘche Ă  utiliser aussi.
La maison a des salles de bains en granit et en carrelage sur mesure. Chambre des maßtres avec beau plafond cathédrale en bois personnalisé et puits de lumiÚre pour regarder les étoiles la nuit. Deux chambres avec chacune des lits superposés et un canapé-lit gigogne peut accueillir facilement 3 personnes. Salle de bain à l'étage a une baignoire / douche à jets. Chambre familiale avec salle de bains privative avec douche spa fermée sur mesure. Il dispose également d'un canapé-lit pleine grandeur, d'une télévision connectée de 60 pouces et d'un cùble et d'une connexion Wi-Fi. Buanderie avec laveuse / sécheuse, séchoir et fer / planche.

It's a great place. We enjoyed our stay there.

The location of this house is perfect for enjoying many activities on nearby ponds and lakes. In addition, the first floor is open, which makes it easier to connect with everyone while cooking.

Well furnished cottage in Sebago, Maine

Everything was exactly as described. Surprisingly very clean since the owners allowed us to stay with 3 dogs. I was expecting the usual messiness that accompanies accommodations that permit pets but found none. The area is very quiet. The home was supplied with everything we could have wanted.

Beautiful home in a glorious area.

My son and I stayed here for a wedding. Once he figured out the cable/tv situation it was a very relaxing stay. A beautiful area of Maine and lakes - the house was spacious and comfortable.

Great Getaway Spot!

The property was really nicely laid out, had renovated bathrooms, and was larger than I was expecting. Everything was clean and well functioning throughout. Close to water and trails for getting outdoors; lovely fire pit in the back for staying close to home. Everyone in the family really enjoyed our stay.

cozy cabin

Nick was a great host. the cabin was stocked with everything that you need. the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, storage bags etc which made having picnics easy with the family. ceiling fans were a plus during the summer. it was also great to have laundry onsite. the pond (which was the size of lake) was very close. and lake sebago was quite a surprise at how big and clean it was (reminded me of lake tahoe). would definitely stay here again

Happy with our stay.

Roomy home for a comfortable experience. Nice location - close enough to activities to get there quickly but far enough away to feel like a retreat. Home clearly updated & nice. If a dishwasher is important, it doesn’t have one. We would definitely stay here again.

A great home for a large group

This is a great home, very clean and spacious. Owner provides lots of utensils and linens, it can comfortably accommodate 9 people without problems. Very happy during the stay. However, the router maybe need to be upgraded, the wifi is unstable and slow sometimes. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Nice house

The house was quite nice. There was enough room for the 5 us and the furniture was comfortable. It was a nice home base in a quite rural part of Maine. We didn't use the kayaks because the launch was too far away to coordinate the kayaks and the kids but they looked like quality equipment. Sebago State Park beach was only 20-25 minutes away.

Great time!

The house was adorable and the check in process was so easy! Peabody pond is about 3 mins down the road by car. The kayaks available were super easy to attach and use. Will definitely recommend!

Visiting Family

We were in Maine visiting family and needed room for everyone to eat and hang out comfortably and this was perfect for that. There was plenty of room outside for the kids to run around and we loved the fire pit. We were also near multiple lakes and not far from food and shopping.

Great long term rental

This is the perfect place for a long term rental to experience the Lakes region of southern maine. Lily & Nick were kind, considerate and responsive throughout our 3 month stay. The home is beautifully custom built and thoughtfully laid out. Rooms have closets and dressers which is a plus! Outside is dog friendly with a nice firepit. The area is quiet and secluded, yet only 15 mins to Bridgton for ammenties. And the tranquil Peabody Pond is right down the road. Good location all around, as the drive down to Portland and the coast is easy and enjoyable.

Low maintenance relaxation!

Great hosts and great location! You can enjoy the rustic Maine experience woodstove and all! From the backyard you can follow a series of trails or you can blaze your own. Down the road is Peabody Pond. You are a stones throw from ski mountains and Sebago Lake. My family made this our home for 3.5 MONTHS while our house was built. It was perfect. The location was excellent and the hosts were available and respective of privacy. We chose this as a place to stay but it felt like a home.

Gorgeous Mountain Retreat

Property was immaculate and beautifully constructed. Couldn't ask for a better location to hit slopes! Would highly recommend and consider staying again on the next trip to the mountains.

Great house, beautiful location

The house is wonderful -- open layout and spacious. The yard was great for our kids, and the pond is a short drive/nice walk away. It felt like we were in the woods, but is an easy drive to Bridgton. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We had a wonderful, active but restful trip! The owners were very helpful and responsive to any questions. I highly recommend this property!

Very clean beautifully updated and surprisingly spacious

We enjoyed family time in this beautiful home. We used the canoe and kayaks several times and took the owners advice and went to the drive-ins. It was relaxing yet plenty of activities to do as well. I can’t say enough about the beautiful workmanship on the house.
