Le COEUR de Julian - Cette charmante maison de deux Ă©tages a Ă©tĂ© construite en 1987 avec plus de 2000 pieds carrĂ©s d'espace pour le plaisir de vos groupes. Ma maison est situĂ©e Ă  deux pĂątĂ©s de maisons du centre-ville de Julian. Vous pouvez vous promener au magasin de tarte de MOM et en cours de route, arrĂȘtez-vous dans l'un des vignobles pour un petit avant-goĂ»t de votre vin prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©. Restaurants, boutiques, spa, salle de gym et musĂ©e sont tous situĂ©s sur la rue principale. Le cĂ©lĂšbre Gold Mind dont le tunnel traverse toute la montagne est Ă  un pĂątĂ© de maisons sur la mĂȘme route que ma maison. Le lac Cuyamaca est Ă  6 miles de voyage vers le sud sur l'autoroute 79 qui possĂšde un petit restaurant, de la pĂȘche et du canotage. Sentiers de randonnĂ©e en Ă©tĂ© et ski de fond en hiver. Si vous voyagez Ă  7 miles Ă  l'ouest sur la 79, vous serez Ă  Santa Ysabella qui a la cĂ©lĂšbre boulangerie Dudley avec une grande variĂ©tĂ© de dĂ©licieux pain et de sandwichs OMG!

Le dĂ©cor de ma maison est une boutique champĂȘtre avec le luxe Ă  l'esprit, WIFI prĂȘt avec des tĂ©lĂ©viseurs dans chaque chambre. Il y a deux cheminĂ©es, une Ă  chaque Ă©tage. Le 2Ăšme Ă©tage a trois chambres avec lits queen et une salle de bain. Le balcon a un espace de vie extĂ©rieur pour se dĂ©tendre avec des canapĂ©s et des chaises longues qui capturent la vue sur les arbres et les pins environnants pour une atmosphĂšre trĂšs confortable.

Il y a une cour avant privée et une cour arriÚre qui comprend un barbecue et des siÚges pour six sous un parapluie ombragé. Le 1er étage a une salle de lecture, une chambre principale, un lit queen avec sa propre salle de bain et un dressing avec des portes françaises qui sortent dans la cour.

La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée pour les chefs de votre groupe. Nous fournissons gratuitement du café et du chocolat chaud que vous fournissez la nourriture que vous souhaitez préparer.

Dinner Party

The property is as depicted in the photos. It was very nice and clean, with an amazing outdoor area for entertaining guests. The hosts charged us a 250 fee for hosting a dinner party, for which they provided 4 round tables and 32 chairs for our use.

Great family stay

We stayed here for two nights with another family in April for spring break. Julian was such a wonderful, quaint town and we were so grateful for this home as home base. We walked into town 3x to eat Julian pie, Julian BBQ, wine taste and get gifts for the kids. Priscilla's place was perfect for our party of 8. She was very detail oriented with the check in process and the guidelines of the home. At first I was overwhelmed by the instructions but then totally understood the rationale behind the details! The house was perfectly equipped with great blankets, heaters in each room, towels, pillows and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment as we cooked breakfast and dinner at home. We appreciated the porch the most, at it was clean and perfect for sitting to watch the sunset and have coffee in the morning. Thank you Priscilla! Thank you Julian! We had a wonderful time and the kids had a blast!

Vacation for Grandma

We wanted to take my grandmother out of town for a week, and she had a great time. The house was beautiful and well maintained. At night it did get down into the 30's and we really only used the pellet stove downstairs to heat the whole house. My brother was in shock with how much the kitchen came equipped with! And the communication with our body was above and beyond what i expected. It was a wonderful retreat, and we would gladly do it again.

Wow! Beautiful property.

This home was beautiful! It was just me & my husband for 2 days, so we didn't use it to its full potential, but would love to go back with extended family. The place was absolutely spotlessly clean. Beautifully decorated, and the location can't be beat. Walking distance to town in just a couple minutes but the walk back is uphill...not bad, just reminded us we are out of shape. Definitely on our list of places to go back when our adult kids come to visit.

OK House. Great Proximity to Town

This property needs some work. Doors all need repairs. Hard to close and get stuck. One of the bedrooms upstairs doesn't have a door so noisy if anyone is up doing anything. Quick walk to town. Nice front porch. Well equipped in the kitchen. I don't think I would stay there again.

Beautiful house!

Went up to Julian to watch the Perseid Comet shower. 3 couples of old friends got together and had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. It had everything we needed and more. Communication with the owner was great. Couldn’t be happier and we would love to stay there again.

We had a great stay

The house was super nice and Priscilla was easy to contact and communicate with. My only complaint was that the bedrooms were pretty warm, even with the air on. But it was on some of the hottest days in summer, so whatever. Oh, and BTW, there is no hot tub even though the listing says there is. All in all, though, it's worth staying here again.

Great Location in Julian

This home is located within walking distance to the center of Julian. There are lots of hiking trails to explore. Our family included grandkids from 13 —> 21 yrs. No one was bored. We were surprised by the multiple large gathering places inside and outside this home. The home was clean and the kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils. The owner provided detailed descriptions for the house and was easy to contact if we had a question. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time to enjoy this home and Julian.

Very nice, spacious property. Tree over the driveway drops yellow, dusty pods all over the vehicles. Might be a seasonal occurrence. Everything else was great! Not a disability or elderly guest friendly house. Clean venue, hostess was very responsive and the beds were comfortable.

House is nice and very close to town. Description online was very accurate. Enjoyed our time in the mountains. Hurricane which is once in a lifetime for this area was no problem. House was safe and neighbors and community were very nice and helpful.

Clean, comfortable, and cool place to stay during unusually hot summer day

The place is as advertised. Comfortable beds - lots of towels for everyone. We utilized washer and dryer - that was convenient. We were worried that the a/c unit would not be sufficient for a super hot weekend - but it was - and there are ceiling fans in all of the rooms. We had an amazing pie from Julian Pie Company. Quecho is a quick walk down the street and had delicious burritos too. Very nice place to stay while in town for a wedding.
