Le COEUR de Julian - Cette charmante maison de deux étages a été construite en 1987 avec plus de 2000 pieds carrés d'espace pour le plaisir de vos groupes. Ma maison est située à deux pâtés de maisons du centre-ville de Julian. Vous pouvez vous promener au magasin de tarte de MOM et en cours de route, arrêtez-vous dans l'un des vignobles pour un petit avant-goût de votre vin préféré. Restaurants, boutiques, spa, salle de gym et musée sont tous situés sur la rue principale. Le célèbre Gold Mind dont le tunnel traverse toute la montagne est à un pâté de maisons sur la même route que ma maison. Le lac Cuyamaca est à 6 miles de voyage vers le sud sur l'autoroute 79 qui possède un petit restaurant, de la pêche et du canotage. Sentiers de randonnée en été et ski de fond en hiver. Si vous voyagez à 7 miles à l'ouest sur la 79, vous serez à Santa Ysabella qui a la célèbre boulangerie Dudley avec une grande variété de délicieux pain et de sandwichs OMG!

Le décor de ma maison est une boutique champêtre avec le luxe à l'esprit, WIFI prêt avec des téléviseurs dans chaque chambre. Il y a deux cheminées, une à chaque étage. Le 2ème étage a trois chambres avec lits queen et une salle de bain. Le balcon a un espace de vie extérieur pour se détendre avec des canapés et des chaises longues qui capturent la vue sur les arbres et les pins environnants pour une atmosphère très confortable.

Il y a une cour avant privée et une cour arrière qui comprend un barbecue et des sièges pour six sous un parapluie ombragé. Le 1er étage a une salle de lecture, une chambre principale, un lit queen avec sa propre salle de bain et un dressing avec des portes françaises qui sortent dans la cour.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour les chefs de votre groupe. Nous fournissons gratuitement du café et du chocolat chaud que vous fournissez la nourriture que vous souhaitez préparer.

The property is as depicted in the photos. It was very nice and clean, with an amazing outdoor area for entertaining guests. The hosts charged us a 250 fee for hosting a dinner party, for which they provided 4 round tables and 32 chairs for our use.

Went up to Julian to watch the Perseid Comet shower. 3 couples of old friends got together and had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. It had everything we needed and more. Communication with the owner was great. Couldn’t be happier and we would love to stay there again.

Wow! Beautiful property.

This home was beautiful! It was just me & my husband for 2 days, so we didn't use it to its full potential, but would love to go back with extended family. The place was absolutely spotlessly clean. Beautifully decorated, and the location can't be beat. Walking distance to town in just a couple minutes but the walk back is uphill...not bad, just reminded us we are out of shape. Definitely on our list of places to go back when our adult kids come to visit.
