Centralement situé et à proximité de Fort Rock Park, 23 Camas Lane est un confortable 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain maison avec deux Master Suites. La maison est lumineuse, propre et décorée avec goût créant un environnement relaxant pour vos vacances Sunriver!

Lorsque vous entrez dans la maison, vous êtes accueilli avec un plan d'étage ouvert offrant une cheminée confortable, de hauts plafonds, un grand canapé en coupe, des appareils en acier inoxydable, une table pour 8 personnes et une grande télévision à écran plat.  Vous trouverez également deux chambres doubles, toutes deux équipées de télévisions à écran plat mises à jour à l'étage principal.  À l'étage supérieur, vous trouverez deux suites parentales spacieuses, chacune dotée d'un lit king-size confortable, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une salle de bains privative dotée d'une combinaison baignoire / douche.

Le pont arrière a un nouveau bain à remous privé et donne sur une belle zone commune boisée. L'espace extérieur a deux belles tables de patio et un barbecue à gaz pour manger en plein air ou votre café du matin. Il y a aussi un réfrigérateur supplémentaire dans le garage pour la nourriture et les boissons. Accès facile aux sentiers menant à SHARC et au Village. C'est l'endroit idéal pour passer vos vacances à Sunriver!

We had a great time. House was really clean and well stocked. Family with 8 adults. Nice to have the 2 large on-suites upstairs. Across the road from Fort Rock Park so that was nice. Would stay again in the future. Only thing I wished it had was SHARC (recreation passes).

Great place to stay while visiting La Pine, Bend, or Mount Bachelor.

Enjoyed our stay. Everything as represented. Property management communication was excellent. We hid no issues and would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Incredibly responsive and great property

House had everything we needed and was very clean and so close to Fort Rock Park. Any questions we had they responded within minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Camas 23

We would rent this house again for a family vacation. The kitchen was well supplied for having meals in house. The 2 king suites was a huge factor in deciding whether to rent this house. Good location too.

Great place!

We chose to stay in Sunriver to celebrate a college graduation and my husband's retirement. Plenty of space for our family with three adult sons plus grandma. Home was well stocked and very comfortable, easy to get around the area. We all enjoyed the deck space, ping pong table and hot tub. The property management company is excellent and communicates well. Thank you for sharing your home!

Softball

We stayed here when our sons softball team played in Bend. It was much easier to have a place to stay that you could wake up and have breakfast while you were on the run and come back and if there was time have dinner or make dinner in the kitchen.

Great place to relax and enjoy friends.

We had a lovely time visiting with classmates from 58 years ago. Everything was clean and comfortable. We did have a difficult time finding the home as our navigation system was incorrect. We would suggest a directory for navigating the tv that comes with 4 remotes and no directions.

Incredible Property

This was our first time staying in Sunriver and we had a fantastic time! This house was perfect for us, and the only mishap we encountered was a problem with the hot tub. I texted my contact at Bennington Properties and they sent someone out immediately (he showed up within 30 minutes of my text) to fix the issue. The property was spotless, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, beds were comfy, and the deck was incredible! I would highly recommend this property!

Too small for 8

We had five adults at the house. The sleeping arrangements are great but the living area where we all hang out is way too small for 8 people. It is a good thing that our other family was not able to attend. Also, the picnic table for eating is cute but not functional for a large group. And the ping pong table should not be listed as an amenity because it is not usable for most of the time people stay in Sunriver. The garage was 28-33 degrees and there was no way that we could play ping pong. (Which was part of our plan and reason for selecting the house). We have been coming to Sunriver for over 20 years. The evenings are always cold and refreshing but having a ping pong table in the garage is just not reasonable. I recommend taking it off the listing for the house. I understand why the house is listed as sleeping for 8 but it is not really functional for that size of group. For the price, the value is not there.

In an effort to help guests find the right home, I want to let you know we are adding floor plans to our larger homes, and all homes do currently list square footage so that guests can get an accurate idea of the size. I also recommend chatting with our vacation planners, as they visit all of our homes and can help you decide what is suitable for your group's needs. I understand about the ping pong in the garage, it does get cold here in the winter months! We've sent out an email to our homeowners suggesting that they provide space heaters for garages with games, we're also happy to loan out a space heater from the office if needed. We hope you enjoyed your stay nonetheless, and thank you for choosing Bennington Properties!

Winter Wonderland

Our family stayed here and it was just perfect for us! It had everything we needed and it was nice to get away. Super clean property everything worked well and check in and out was a breeze!

Excellent Fall Get Away

This is a very nice property. We rented it for 3 nights. The rental service was excellent to work with and the house was spotlessly clean when we checked in. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of towels and pots and pans. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because of it being two story and the bbq didn't work. The two stories was not a big issue, we just have a three legged dog and it wasn't ideal for him to go up and down the stairs. But, if you need a great place to stay I would highly recommend this place and Bennington Properties as the rental company. They are excellent.

A return property

Our family of 7 came down for Memorial day weekend and had a great time at this property and ideal location. Only bummer was the pictures showed four bikes but when we arrive they were only two. Highly recommend this home. Comfortable beds, nice lay out and a great deck with hot tub. The communication with property management was excellent as well. We had some ant troubles with ants and they responded right away and solved the problem.

We loved the house

Cozy house!

Very comfortable house with great layout. A few things needed repair around the house (drawer broken in kitchen, microwave/oven needed service) but was very cozy for a stay in the snow.
