Great location for what we needed for our stay, the house was clean and inviting. Communicating with the property manager was easy and got a response back super fast!

After leaving, we felt the coffee maker was too small. The kitchen needed more kid friendly plates/bowls/silverware and wash and dry towels. The downstairs tv needs to have local weather channels. The sirens went off while staying overnight and we had to access weather off of our phones. We also felt it was SUPER noisy. We had kids with us and the floors creaked SO bad- especially the stairs.We appreciated not having to super clean before checkout. Otherwise, it clean and very spacious.

Great stay for Sporting KC Game

We had 8 guys stay here when we came into town to watch a Sporting KC game. House was clean, appliances worked, nice neighborhood. About 22 minutes from the Soccer Stadium or Racetrack, Ubers weren’t hard to find.

Property needs some repair but was clean and comfortable for our family gathering. Thought it was a little pricey. Property manager was very responsive to our request and handled things promptly.

Great location and property

It's an older home that has been modernized. Nothing fancy, but it was great for our group of nine. Very comfortable. Boris was helpful when booking and let us check in a little early. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. No complaints and we'd rent the property again!!

Christmas stay in OP🌲

Was a very comfortable, clean home, was very impressed, would book again. Garage was a plus, as it was raining the night we got there. We did notice that the front door does not latch securely! Book Club Sleepover

We rented this property to have our Book Club Christmas gathering and sleepover. It was a great space for us, centrally located, clean, and plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably. It is on a slightly busy street, but a white noise maker drowned out any loud car sounds at night. Check in, check out was easy and communication with the host was great. The kitchen is fairly well stocked, accept for kitchen towels. We had to use paper towels for drying which felt wasteful. Not a big deal, but bring kitchen towels if prefer to use them. Otherwise, plenty of bath towels, bedding, kitchen ware, etc. They even have wine glasses! Thanks for a nice stay.

2 or 3 star motel quality

The place is fine but not kept up or maintained well. Be prepared to bring or buy soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, etc. Things like that may be missing. Location is great and the place is large, but the beds can be lopsided, and the hall bathroom has poor water pressure, doesn't drain well, and is rusty. Also, the patio was unusable because they never clean the patio furniture. The host can be unresponsive too. First day we arrived, Wednesday, we noticed there were no dishwasher pods. We messaged the host, they blamed the cleaners. On Monday someone dropped/threw a new box on the front porch, but we were leaving the next day. The host did respond well to other messages, like letting us stay a little after checkout since we were catching flights. I was going to leave a 3 star rating but the host never responded to our last message. In that thread, they asked me to leave a 5 star review or tell them any issues so they could do something about it. I told them a number of issues, but they never even acknowledged the message. Again the place was fine, big and in a good location. We had a successful time there. It just has a 2 or 3 star motel vibe. My overall impression is that the hosts are not concerned about the house being comfortable for guests.

Booked this property for World Cup matches. The price was much higher than the usual rate but is to be expected so such a big event. Location was great as about a 15 minute drive to Plaza and easy to get to Arrowhead stadium where matches were held. Communication prior to arrival was great however once we got there, communication was not consistent or timely. House smelled musty but we got some clean scent air freshener and it took away a lot of it. No outlet in upstairs hall bathroom. Very spacious house and would fit comfortably the amount of guests listed on the information. However---there were ants in the kitchen and the upstairs hall bathroom and when I contacted Boris it took him over a day to reply and just said he would have his maintenance people take care of it. The next morning there was a lot water on the basement floor rendering that space useless. He responded very late and said thanks for the notification and would handle it through his maintenance people. We did receive a lot of rain the previous day so that may have had something to do with it. The kitchen floor was not clean and there were spider/insect webs in the corners in the kitchen as well as the beams in the basement. Upstairs hall bathroom had a spider in the tub along with his web. Kitchen not well equipped for cooking as no basic spices and cookware has seen better days.

Just what we needed

An older home with 4 large, comfortable bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, the common spaces are also large and well appointed. There are a lot of stairs, and the driveway is steep so I would not recommend this home for those with mobility issues, but for our group of 11 it worked just fine.

Family running weekend

Accommodation for our family 1 child, 6 adults, everyone had there own room. Enough bathrooms, kitchen was great. Location was okay, didn't feel comfortable going outside after dark. Boris was great to work with. I asked for extension and he gave it to us. Boris was always in touch we me.
