Couldn't have worked out better

Everything about this rental met or exceeded expectations. One aspect in particular set it apart from previous experiences for me- the upstairs bonus room. A nice table for my laptop, good WiFi speed, a door to close off sound from the main area and its own thermostat.

Perfect long-term rental

The property was just what we needed when moving across the country for work with two little kids, while waiting to close.on our permanent home. We were able to check in easily and have a comfy, clean house ready for us after an exhausting day of travel. Location is in a lovely neighborhood, a quick drive from groceries, bbq, beer, coffee, etc. Host was responsive via text when it came to any Qs we had. Would highly recommend!

Great host and exceptional place to stay

Jill was very responsive to our requests, The house was immaculate down to the finest details (utensils, towels, etc). Very nicely decorated, comfortable furnishings. It was located close to downtown Charlotte, the airport, and lake Wylie -- perfect for us. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Charlotte, NC area.

5 Stars!

Jill is a fabulous host and this house is very nice. She has plenty of kitchen tools and cook/bakeware if you like cook/bake. There are some nice amenities like comfy sheets and comforters, plush towels and an almost new fridge. As will happen with homes, sometimes equipment fails with poor timing; Jill handled everything promptly and with grace. I want to stay here again and again. Thanks Jill!

Beautiful home in quiet subdivision with friendly neighbors and a playground and pool. Friendly host

We are in the states for a bit from missionary work in Colombia and needed a place to stay near Charlotte for the month of December for my husband and myself, our 2 college age kids, our 3 young children, and our dog. The homeowner, Jill responded right away to our inquiry about the house, answered all our questions thoroughly and graciously, was very friendly in our phone conversations, and made it possible for us to stay in the home for the month just ahead of some long-term guests. The process of setting up the rental and making all the arrangements with Jill was easy and smooth. She sent us a code to get the key from a lock box when we first arrived, allowing us to get settled in, then met us the next morning. She was very sweet and just wanted to make sure all was good and make our stay comfortable. She had left us a detailed and easy to follow note with instructions of how to work the tv, garbage pick-up information, the internet password, and emergency contact info. When we walked into the home after our long day of driving, it had a beautiful, clean, and relaxing set-up!! We felt right at home and so blessed to be there! The couches and chairs were quite comfortable. The kids excitedly explored the house and discovered that in the upstairs loft there was a Christmas tree already set up and decorated, which was special to them as they had worried about how we were going to have a tree and decorations since we weren't going to be in our home for Christmas. Our dog was very happy to be able to run around freely in the fully fenced in backyard. Our kids enjoyed playing back there and at the housing playground. The home was spacious and provided plenty of room for all 7 of us, It was nice to be able to be together for Christmas and in a place that felt like home. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes, utensils, glasses, and pots and pans we would need. There was dish detergent as well as cleaning supplies for us to use. The master bathroom had a nice large bathtub that our kids enjoyed taking baths in and good water pressure in the shower. The cabinets and closets were fully stocked with lots of towels, bedding, and blankets sufficient for all of us. I was happy to see clothes hangers and plenty of dresser space in the master bedroom and shelves in the other bedroom closets. The beds were comfortable. Shopping was nearby. We would stay here again if we had the opportunity. We appreciate Jill and the kindness she showed us.
