We had a great stay while we visited family. My personal fave was the master bedroom bathroom! The heated floors and waterfall shower were a welcome bonus. The firepit was awesome to enjoy all of the NYE fireworks. Would definitely book again!

Amazing home and great location for our trip to see family over the holidays. Kitchen and bathrooms are top notch and very well appointed. There was a park down the road a few minutes walk away and it was a perfect distraction for my child. Accessible to great shopping and dining!

I appreciated that there were toys and toddler/baby items stored at the house for guests. When travelling with small kids, its inevitable that you will forget something. They have a lot of extra supplies at the house.It is also very conveniently located in Fort Mill.

Perfect place for our family of 3 adults and 2 kids. This home was spotless, well-equipped, and so comfortable. Really appreciated the extra touches to make it feel homey. Check-in was easy and all instructions were clear and concise. Great communication with owner. While the kitchen was great with easy to use appliances, I have a couple of suggestions: need casserole dishes and a cheese grater:) Aside from that, everything else was fabulous. Would definitely stay here again. Fort Mill is a lovely town.

The owners were extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with. The place was super clean and very up to date. We didn’t need a thing. The kitchen was well-stocked, comparable beds, lovely fire pit to sit around. Just an all around perfect place to stay in Fort Mill! Can’t say enough great things!

Fantastic stay in Rock Hill

This charming home was the perfect base for our family during our stay in the Rock Hill area for a family reunion. The furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen seemed to have everything one would need for their stay. We only ate breakfast at the house and spent the remainder of our days at the family reunion site. We wished we would have had more time to explore the area as there seems to be plenty to do. We really appreciated all of the care put into the details of this beautiful home.

4-week Stay Was Too Short!!

Everything about this place more than met our expectations. Located in a quiet neighborhood a stones throw from parks, quaint downtown Ft. Mill or great shopping and dining options. Master suite downstairs with guest rooms upstairs made it easy for us to have overnight family guests. Communication with our hostess was quick and easy. If you need something and can’t find it, you just aren’t looking.

Thoughtful extras

We had a Christmas “after” Christmas at the house. It was very well kept, extremely clean! A lot of thoughtful extras in the house made this stay easy and special! Beds were very comfortable and the outside space was great.

Enjoyable return stay.

We stayed at the property in Oct and liked it so much we returned for the Christmas Holiday to spend time with family in the area. Excellent place to stay and they even had the Christmas touch of a small tree with ornaments and two stockings. Great property that was well stocked and close to everywhere we needed to go. 10 out of 10.

Perfect Escape on the Greenway

We had a wonderful stay at the Charming Getaway on the Greenway. The property was just as described and provided a cozy and comfortable retreat. The peaceful surroundings made it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Great Property

Wonderful space inside and out. My oldest Daughter, her husband and my granddaughter moved to Fort Mill recently for his new job and drove up from Fl with my Mom and nephew for her 2 year old birthday party. The property exceeded all expectations and I have it booked already for a return trip for Christmas. Thanks for being a great host and having such a wonderful well maintained home. My Mom (81) absolutely loved the heated floor in the 1st floor bedroom/bathroom. Bill

Relaxing and Enjoyable

Very nice house, clean and comfortable, great location with easy access to Charlotte and surrounding towns. We enjoyed the backyard fire pit and exploring the path beyond the back gate. Recommend this house for families.
