Tranquil Acres, Venant d'une location à long terme pour les victimes d'incendie et nouvelle comme location de vacances, cette belle maison récente sur 4 hectares tranquilles au milieu du comté de Sonoma et du pays viticole de Santa Rosa. La maison est située au bout d'une voie privée calme avec beaucoup d'intimité dans le nord-ouest de Santa Rosa avec un accès facile à Healdsburg, Sébastopol, la région de la rivière Russe et bien sûr l'ensemble de Santa Rosa. Il se trouve à moins d'un mile du Santa Rosa Country club. Des dizaines de caves et restaurants de classe mondiale sont à quelques minutes. La maison bien aménagée dispose de nouveaux meubles et appareils électroménagers et est entièrement équipée pour des vacances parfaites dans la région viticole. De grandes salles avec de hauts plafonds offrent un endroit spacieux pour les amis, y compris une immense salle de jeux avec Ping Pong, Air Hockey et Fooseball. Savourez un verre de ce vin incroyable en vous prélassant au soleil sur la grande terrasse en séquoia.

Il y a un lit king dans la grande suite parentale, un lit queen dans l'une des chambres à côté de la salle de bain complète dans le couloir et deux lits jumeaux dans l'autre chambre. Il y a deux canapés pliants qui offrent des options de couchage supplémentaires. La climatisation a été ajoutée dans la salle de jeux à l'étage.

Great stay for my family of 6. Came in for a weekend wedding and the house had everything we needed. Close to wineries and the airport. We enjoyed the hot tub and putting green. The home was very comfortable and clean.

My family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful spacious home. We were able to spend quality family time. The kids enjoyed the game room, mini golf and feeding the goats and horses. We were very happy with the home and the beautiful relaxing garden and spa. The property manager was responsive and friendly. Thank you!

Nice family retreat

Great family retreat. Enjoyed the location, hot tub and the game room, while also exploring the surrounding areas. Would recommend this place and even stay her again if its available.

Great house!

Loved our stay. Kitchen was well stocked and the house was immaculate. Lots of space for 6-8 adults. Hot tub was great and the game room was lots of fun. We will be back!

Nice, quiet getaway

Coming from the City, it was a treat to wake up to see horses and goats and take in the peaceful nature around us. Great proximity to downtown. House was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Great stay

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. Lots of room and bed options. The hot tub and game room were a plus. Easy to communicate and get in and out. The only issues were that the dishes were not clean and the small mats in the master bathroom were not non-skid so were a bit slippery. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Country Property Close to Town

Our family loved staying at Tranquil Acres. We were in town for a family gathering. The house is beautiful and very comfortable for a family stay. Our grandchildren loved playing in the large, mowed pasture in, feeding the horses next door, and the game room was a big hit.

Our family loved this house and property on our week-long getaway from home. Location was great. Plenty of space to spread out but still close enough to town. The kids especially enjoyed the game room and feeding the horses. The house was well equipped and comfortable. Would love to saty here again!

Amazing house and property in a perfect and quiet location, and still close to everything in area

The house was very nice and the property was beautiful! Randy was an excellent host, the house was very clean, the neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the game room above the garage was an absolute blast! I could not have been happier with our stay and will definitely want to go back again.

This property worked very well for our family of 8 adults. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, deck was lovely. Horses and goats were delightful!
