Une maison trĂšs privĂ©e et calme 5 chambres 2 salles de bain complĂštes et 2 demi-bain nichĂ© dans les sĂ©quoias Ă  Santa Rosa dans le centre de la rĂ©gion viticole. Plafonds Ă  poutres apparentes, 3 cheminĂ©es, pont en sĂ©quoia de 1500 pieds carrĂ©s, lecteur circulaire privĂ©, grand bain Ă  remous et plus. Terrasse extĂ©rieure et intĂ©rieure pour 15 personnes. La propriĂ©tĂ© a beaucoup de beaux chemins et des bancs extĂ©rieurs pour se dĂ©tendre. L'intĂ©rieur de la maison est garni de chĂȘne, insonorisĂ© et dispose d'un solarium orientĂ© au sud.

Ce domaine est de style Sea Ranch avec de hauts plafonds et de nombreux puits de lumiÚre pour voir les séquoias denses environnants. L'étage principal dispose de 5 chambres pouvant accueillir 15 personnes. Il est décoré avec un mobilier moderne du milieu du siÚcle et affiche de nombreuses images et cartes des environs. Le pont spacieux sur 3 niveaux comprend des canapés moelleux, un hamac, des chaises et deux tables à manger pouvant accueillir plus de 20 personnes. Il dispose de 5 chambres à coucher, 8 lits et 4 salles de bain à l'étage principal de la maison. Il dispose d'un grand bain à remous dans le jardin pour 6 personnes, d'un foyer pour 10 personnes et d'une cuisiniÚre à gaz. The house was perfect for our wine region weekend friends gathering. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of indoor and outdoor space for a group to relax and enjoy the amenities. The manager treated us to a generous assortment of treats - wines, cheeses, fruit and snacks, and supplied all helpful pantry items. The property could benefit from an update in the TV setup, but was otherwise a great place to stay.

We had such a wonderful time at this home! We were having a girls trip in wine country and this house was the perfect home base for a weekend of wine tasting. A beautiful gift basket of goodies and wine welcomed us and we loved how much space there was for our group of 6. The backyard is magical and the hot tub was great. The host was always very responsive and a great communicator. Would definitely stay here again, only next time we’ll book a few extra days!

This property was perfect for us. We had a family reunion. Our family is spread out over Colorado, So. Cal, Mid Cal and Oregon. This property allowed us to live together again and enjoy our time together, visit vocal wineries & a swim pond for the kids and young adults. There is a hot tub that was used daily, plus a beautiful patio with a fire pit & BBQ. It was perfect for our family.

Reunion weekend!

We had such a wonderful time in this home! The hosts were so thoughtful with all the amenities. The house had everything we needed and our group of 10 loved it. The house was in a lovely location and easy to access wineries. The hosts left us a wonderful selection of wine, beer and a delightful spread of goodies. I will definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful Family Time

The house is large with many well appointed rooms so there is plenty for everyone to do either together or alone. The sound system was very good on one end of the house, the Library had a fireplace, tv , plenty of games and a large table for gathering. The landscaping, fire pit and hot tub were fun gathering areas. Great for larger numbers of guests.

We loved our stay here. It was great to be secluded, yet only 15 minutes from wineries, stores etc. Host was quick to respond with any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice home in a really nice location

Very much enjoyed the stay. Harry, the owner, left an excellent spread of snacks and wine. Harry also was very helpful and was in touch w answers to all of my questions. House has tons of room to hang out. Location is very near restaurants and coffee shops. Thoroughly enjoyed from beginning to end.

Relaxing getaway!

Enjoyable, cozy, nature home. Lots of space to socialize and enjoy time with friends. Above and beyond host and amenities, with personal touches. Comfortable beds. Lights were difficult to figure out with too many motion sensors throughout the house. Many stairs to the main level. Would def rent again! A+.

This house is huge and the outdoor space was beautiful and it was the perfect location for a group! Harry was very helpful with the check in process and left us very yummy and local snacks, cheese and wine!

Best experience we have had at a VRBO

Top-notch vacation rental experience, wonderful property and host This was possibly the best vacation rental I've experienced. While the interior is dated, it is all incredibly well kept-up and clean; and it quickly felt cozy, warm, and easy to enjoy all corners of this rental's interior. We had a group of 8, 6 of whom were couples, and there was never a moment when it felt crowded inside. On top of the interior feeling quite comfortable from a perspective of layout and cleanliness the lighting and signage was exceptional. Everything is labeled. On top of that most of the general area lighting is on motion sensors. There was never any fumbling for light switches or which drawer or cabinet the item we wanted was behind. It is clear the host has gone through a great deal of thought and effort to make this property especially easy for visitors to use. And finally there's the backyard. I don't want to oversell it but for once I think the real life experience exceeds what the photos portray. It is clear that both the landscape architect and the contractor who produced this decking made exceptional effort to maintain every inch of natural space possible while creating an expansive, comfortable deck area for us to truly chill out in. I would rent here again just to spend more time in the backyard. 10/10 Amazing experience

Nice wine country retreat

Loved our stay. The place was spacious, clean, and welcoming. Very kind for the host to have some welcome wine and cheese. Close to main areas of Santa Rosa but feels like you're in the redwood forest.

Lovely Property, Great Host.

We had an amazing time at Harry’s estate. The property was more grand in person than it looked in pictures. There was every amenity that we could imagine and more. Harry was very easy to get in touch with and responded promptly when we had questions. The gifts and thoughtfulness went well beyond what we expected. This was our best experience with VRBO yet. We would definitely rent this place again.

Wonderful place to stay with a large group

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean and comfortable. The outdoor spaces were amazing. It was an easy drive to downtown. The host really took care of everything and was very thoughtful. There are many different spaces in the home to spend time in and was perfect for a large group. I would absolutely come back.

The property took 5 years to find and 4 years to build. The house was originally build in the 70’s and was doubled in size in the 80’s with the addition of the library and extra bedrooms. The house was once filled with hundreds of dental-medical journals in which Dr. Albers used to write his text books on dental bonding. At the time his texts were among the first on the subject and translated into 5 languages and used worldwide. With the advent of the digital world all of the needed journals and books became digitalized and the need for a library was gone. Presently, the worlds journals can be accessed from a laptop anywhere in the world there is a wifi connection. The estate and its grounds are so beautiful Dr Albers wanted to share it with anyone who visits the area and would appreciate its surroundings.

The home is all mid century modern with technology upgrades. Most lights go on and off as you walk through the home and charging stations for your electronic are everywhere. The plush leather and satin furniture is a pleasure. We hope you enjoy your stay and are inspired by the surroundings.

The host can provide any desires extra services from massages, private chefs or drivers.

This Estate is Sea Ranch style home with high ceiling and many skylights to view the surrounding redwoods. The main floor has 5 bedrooms. It is decorated with Midcentury modern furniture and displays many images in each room from the surrounding areas. It has a spacious 1500 sq foot deck with plush sofas and chairs. It has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on the main floor of the house. It has a large hot tub, fire pit, and gas burning range.
