Stunning triplex with views of the ocean and the marina from the balcony, close to downtown

I am satisfied to know that the apartment is comfortable and that you have enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony. I would like to point out that in the rental regulations, animals are not allowed. Because of allergies. Besides, you didn’t show me your dog the day you arrived.

nice Danish family who respected the place and took care of the storage of the apartment and cleanliness when they left. I highly recommend them for future stays. I took into account the remark of the absence of large knives. I bought them and i will complete the equipment of the kitchen. Thank you. Frédéric

Thank you for this warm comment. We are delighted that your family had a good holiday. It will be with a great pleasure to see you again in Deauville. Frédéric

I am sorry that your stay in my apartment was so negative. My education doesn't allow me to describe the pitiful state of the interior of an apartment in which I was received. I specify that all my tenants without exception have never reproached the furniture, the equipment as well as the decoration of the interior of the apartment, just read the previous reviews. The photos in the description reflect the condition of the apartment. My assistant Michèle welcomed you when you arrived and during the week I asked you if your stay was pleasant, remained unanswered from you regarding this point. It is not accurate to say that the elevator does not work or never worked, there is a note that specifies "not to open the door fully". It is enough to translate because obviously it's written in French. You’re criticizing the exterior condition of the building, I should point out that the passageways were recently redone. And regarding the curtain bar of the bedroom, I actually sent you a message answering "don't worry, I repair it". ( Another property you will have taken a fee to put it back in place and it wasn't the case for me). Do not put this on the account of a dilapidated to unload you. Because of course despite my email for the day of your departure by specifying an appointment schedule, you didn't wish to be present for the return of the keys and final verification of the apartment with me, you left the day before in my absence. The comments are constructive if the statements are accurate and in this case the owner can improve the property he rents. Regarding your comment, I can only apologize for your bad attitude.
