This is primarily a family centered neighborhood with diverse ethnic backgrounds. Many of the neighbors are older, retired with working members still living at home. It's a quiet neighborhood where people are friendly and mainly keep to themselves. The iron fences you saw were decor fences. My neighbors are friendly and very helpful if i need them. Yes it gets crowded, especially in today's economy because families are helping each other financially.

Host was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. 2 full baths and 3 bedrooms was very nice. Garage and laundry on site were a plus. Streets getting to the house were chaotic but Ashbury was much quieter. Would stay here again!

Everything available to use in the kitchen. I was able to cook chicken and boil rice for my doggie. All restroom had hand soap which was nice, I didn’t have to use my own stuff. Location was close to central downtown and very close to major highways.

My adult kids and I had a GREAT Thanksgiving here, thanks to this well-appointed, attractive, and convenient place. The kitchen had everything we needed to put together a traditional feast, and the comfortable living area allowed for lounging and togetherness. I love this home, I've poured my heart into it and decorated it with love. I want others to enjoy it as much as I've enjoyed setting it up as a vacation rental.

This home was built with detail and it show it. The house has high windows that let in lots of filtered light. The fireplace is open to the living room and master bedroom and the high ceilings make the home even more spacious. The deco walls are built for additional decor and the accent walls give it an ultra modern look.
