house is located 10 minutes from Billy Bobs and 15 minutes from down town

The home was very clean and was easy access to everywhere we needed to go. We had 7 adults who easily slept comfortable in the 3 bedrooms and living room. I would definitely stay here again.

Just like described. Came with my daughter and husband for a place to stay for Thanksgiving. Worked perfectly as a place to stay. Lots of tvs. Felt very safe.

Pros: Decent price for 7 people. The house was clean and functional. Cons: This house is off a main road and not in a neighborhood. Backing out of the driveway onto the main road was dangerous at times. We didn't want the kids to play in the front yard near the road, and the backyard had a car parked in it that creeped them out, so that was a no-go as well. The floors need to be replaced in several areas. It would scrape your foot in some spots if you are barefoot or make you trip. The surrounding area seemed a little run-down, but since I'm not familiar with this part of town, I can't say it's necessarily a dangerous area. However, I didn't feel particularly comfortable or safe there.

Enjoyed our stay!

House was nice and clean. Had easy access to all the things we wanted to do in Fort Worth. Kitchen was fully equipped except no toaster. (Since we only ate breakfast at the house - that would have helped.) Beds were comfy with nice sheets and loved the big fluffy towels. All-in-all it was a fun trip!

Cozy, Quiet stay

The place is super quiet. We loved it. No loud neighbors, no loud cars driving buy. The home had all of the essentials including hand soap and shampoo. We would definitely book again.

Cute little house

This house is cute and good sized. It looks newly remodeled and was clean. Does have a few issues, some of the flooring bows and feels weak, the shower is nice but ended up with a lot of water in the floor and the backyard is less than desirable and quite a mess. If you have kids, this is not a place they will be able to enjoy outside.There is an old junk car parked back there along with trash and old doors l assume are from the remodel. One of the old doors is setup to block off the junk beside the shed. Also for a 3 bedroom house that sleeps 7, there are not enough towels to accommodate and the bathrooms are extremely small and it is hard to move around. The beds were comfortable and clean but the entire house has the bare minimum when it comes to furnishings. There was also condiments left in the refrigerator from who knows when.With a little work, this house could be more worth the stay.

Good value for family

Home is exactly as shown in pictures and as described. Across the street from elementary school but we didn’t notice any issues regarding noise/traffic. Nice location for all activities that our family enjoyed within the Fort Worth area.

I and two coworkers stayed in the house. The three bedrooms were perfect. It was clean, uncluttered and exactly as pictured. We have no complaints.

This home was perfect for our family of 5. Super clean and well laid out. Had everything we needed. No issues at all. It's close to the stockyards which is what we came for. Nice neighborhood. There's a school right across the street so traffic a little heavy on the road but not too bad. thePlenty of parking area and weell
