house is located 10 minutes from Billy Bobs and 15 minutes from down town
many of our guest stay for Justin Arena and the Naval station

I was worried about neighborhood when pulling up at night, but neighborhood ended up being very quiet and we had no problems. Spacious house (open floor plan) and perfect for our needs with the best pricing I found. I reported any small damages from others stays (prior to ours) immediately to host and got a response very quickly. We all were pleased with the comfort of the beds! We slept GREAT! Will stay again here when in the area!

It worked great for us. It was close to our destination. The house was very clean and nice. I would stay there again.

The home was very clean and was easy access to everywhere we needed to go. We had 7 adults who easily slept comfortable in the 3 bedrooms and living room. I would definitely stay here again.

Just like described. Came with my daughter and husband for a place to stay for Thanksgiving. Worked perfectly as a place to stay. Lots of tvs. Felt very safe.

Pros: Decent price for 7 people. The house was clean and functional. Cons: This house is off a main road and not in a neighborhood. Backing out of the driveway onto the main road was dangerous at times. We didn't want the kids to play in the front yard near the road, and the backyard had a car parked in it that creeped them out, so that was a no-go as well. The floors need to be replaced in several areas. It would scrape your foot in some spots if you are barefoot or make you trip. The surrounding area seemed a little run-down, but since I'm not familiar with this part of town, I can't say it's necessarily a dangerous area. However, I didn't feel particularly comfortable or safe there.

Enjoyed our stay!

House was nice and clean. Had easy access to all the things we wanted to do in Fort Worth. Kitchen was fully equipped except no toaster. (Since we only ate breakfast at the house - that would have helped.) Beds were comfy with nice sheets and loved the big fluffy towels. All-in-all it was a fun trip!

Cozy, Quiet stay

The place is super quiet. We loved it. No loud neighbors, no loud cars driving buy. The home had all of the essentials including hand soap and shampoo. We would definitely book again.

Me and a group of friends had a weekend getaway and this was the perfect spot close to food and stockyards but far enough to not have too much traffic.

Cute little house

This house is cute and good sized. It looks newly remodeled and was clean. Does have a few issues, some of the flooring bows and feels weak, the shower is nice but ended up with a lot of water in the floor and the backyard is less than desirable and quite a mess. If you have kids, this is not a place they will be able to enjoy outside.There is an old junk car parked back there along with trash and old doors l assume are from the remodel. One of the old doors is setup to block off the junk beside the shed. Also for a 3 bedroom house that sleeps 7, there are not enough towels to accommodate and the bathrooms are extremely small and it is hard to move around. The beds were comfortable and clean but the entire house has the bare minimum when it comes to furnishings. There was also condiments left in the refrigerator from who knows when.With a little work, this house could be more worth the stay.
