Les couples ou les vacanciers en solo adoreront cette suite d'hôtes sur l'île Mercer, à quelques minutes des boutiques, des restaurants et de certains des meilleurs parcs de la région. Vous profiterez également d'avantages comme un bain à remous commun sur le pont et une vue sur le lac Washington et les toits de Seattle. Cette suite studio fait partie d'une plus grande maison mais est séparée pour plus d'intimité.

À proximité:
Les courts de tennis, les terrains de jeux et les vues sur la ville sont juste en bas de la rue à Aubrey Davis Park. La natation et la pêche dans le lac Washington se trouvent à un mile et demi à l'est de Luther Burbank Park, avec des boutiques et des restaurants locaux à quelques pâtés de maisons au sud. Le centre-ville de Seattle et Bellevue sont à un peu plus de 8 km, mettant les restaurants, les devantures et les musées des deux villes à portée de main.

I stayed here for a weekend by myself and it was a very pleasant experience! The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is in a nice and quiet area as well. Highly recommend for single travelers or couples.

Fantastic location

Fantastic location near Seattle and Bellevue. We were here for Seafair weekend and would definitely recommend. Space that is just big enough for 2 with a lovely rooftop deck and hot tub.

Close to T mobile or any event Uber always within minutes great grocery store with fresh produce decent prices would come back again for sure other than a bit of dust no complaints at all

Amazing Place to Stay

This room was a wonderful place to stay while I was in town for my daughter's wedding. The bed was comfortable, the location quiet, and the room well equipped with everything I needed! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a room in the area.

Nice, small place perfect for a 1 night concert stay. Great views and easy access to T-mobile Field. Bed was comfortable and space was pretty clean. It was a little noisy, not very quiet with other guests or people who live there…? Loud talking, laughing, doors closing etc but not the end of the world. Great roof top space, would stay again.

Small but very lovely!

Room enough for one person - maybe two if you are close with one another - but great amenities, fantastic views, and amazing neighborhood! Place was very clean, among the cleanest I’ve stayed in, and the bed sheets were so soft and inviting!

Great location!

Small but everything you need for 2 people. Great location, in a safe and quiet neighborhood and the free parking was a great addition. Close enough to the city (took ~10-20 min to get to main attractions) but in a safer and more comfortable location. Perfect if you just need a place to sleep while exploring during the day.

The place is quite small as described. The rooftop deck and hot tub are shared amongst the units but the location and views were amazing! Property worked for exactly what we needed and you can't beat the price. There were a handful of small things that we began to notice the longer we stayed, that should be easily fixable (appropriately fitting shower curtain, wall shelves tightened, a little extra dusting, and the bed mattress on top of proper frame and not OSB board, etc). *communication with property manager was not required during our stay.
