Vous aurez une vue sur la premiĂšre rangĂ©e d'une ferme de chevaux de travail de cette maison d'hĂŽtes privĂ©e sur le bord de Merryland Thoroughbred Nursery Country Life Farm. "Merrywell", une maison historique en stuc sur pierre datant du dĂ©but des annĂ©es 1900. Bien que vous vouliez juste rester et profiter des vues pastorales de cette propriĂ©tĂ© conservĂ©e dans la longue vallĂ©e verte, il est proche de toutes les principales attractions de la rĂ©gion de Baltimore, Ă  10 miles Ă  l'ouest de Towson et juste sur la colline de Bordy Vignoble. Le prix de base est pour 4 personnes, frais supplĂ©mentaires de 20 $ par nuit pour plus de 4 invitĂ©s. Les rĂ©servations d'une nuit sont autorisĂ©es pour les partenaires Country Life. Quaint farmhouse in a quiet, serene location. Loved seeing the horses in the front yard every morning! Had a few minor hiccups when we first arrived, but great communication from the host & everything was great! Would definitely stay again.

It was advertised as 4 bedrooms. My 80 year old Aunt was to take the bedroom on first floor so that she did not have to go up the stairs; but the porch bedroom was soooo cold she had to sleep on the couch, which she rolled off of and hurt her knee. Three rolls of toilet paper for 4 Woman for 4 days does not work.There was a mouse in the walls in the upstairs bedroom, it showed up in my granddaughters room.Down stairs shower has mold.Electrical outlets need an upgrade for current gadgets everyone uses now a days.Not enough light in the kitchen area.There is an ice rink outside both entry ways.The landscape was breath taking with the horses.

Serene and Relaxing Hideaway!

The Merrywell property is a DELIGHTFUL, quiet space to stay. It was close to our family but far enough outside the city that we had a relaxing and serene getaway to recharge. The property surpassed our expectations and was well-equipped for our family. I highly recommend it and hope to stay again!

A picturesque, adorable house in a quiet semi remote area of the county. Our family’s stay was delightful. We had plenty of room to accommodate all of us (including the puppies). Clean and comfortable. Great communication from host.

A peaceful gem

Wow! We left our stay feeling refreshed, peaceful and wanting to rent again. Everything is exactly as described. Ellen, the property manager, is an excellent communicator. The view is spectacular. We will return again and experience this property in different seasons. Conveniently located close enough to our son's family! What a gem!

A Serene Stay

A deceptively spacious farmhouse set amongst farm land and horse pastures, made for a much needed, relaxing getaway. The home is well kept and comfortable, providing all amenities needed for a home away from home experience. Would highly recommend!

Great beautiful farm house!

We loved staying here. Even in the hottest weekend of the year it was cool enough for us. It's a little bit of a hike into the countryside but absolutely gorgeous land to look at and within 20 min of everywhere we needed to go. It was also easy to get an uber/lyft when needed. The bed rooms are small but the common areas were great! Would absolutely stay there again.

Family Wedding Stay

The location is idyllic, birds chirping in the morning, stars shining brightly in the evening. The horses came to visit us in the paddock on Sunday. It was great fun to watch the work on the farm from the house. The size of the house accommodated our family of 7 beautifully.

Wonderful Stay!

Small Family Get Together

Nice Farm House with lots of old country flare and charm that will take you off the beaten path. Take in the quiet fresh air and relax. The decor style and layout will make you feel like you are visiting grandma at Thanksgiving. Very pleasant stay and the horses are an added bonus.

Horse country

Very relaxing stay next to a farm with lots of horses. A peaceful drive in a beautiful area. The house is large enough for our needs and it's nice to be able to see the stars tonight. It's convenient to have a kitchen.

Family stay for Son’s wedding

Our son got married in the area and we needed a place to stay with our family since we live out of state. This was absolutely perfect! Very quiet and peaceful, with lots of inside & outside space for us to spread out and relax. And while it was quite hot out, the window air conditioning units kept the inside very comfortable. Our host, Ellen, was very helpful and quick to answer any questions from booking thru our visit. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this house

My husband and I stayed here while visiting our sons in college, and they joined us for a couple of home cooked meals. We will be back! It’s hard to believe such a quiet, pristine, country stay could be so close to the city. The house was gloriously peaceful. The booking was easy. The horses were beyond sweet. The place is very well managed, perfect customer service. We found good hiking nearby too.

Horsy getaway

We like being able to see the horses near the house. It is in the countryside and wonderful to be able to see so many stars. We have stayed there before and we'll stay there again. Very responsive host.

Beautiful country retreat

This country home in Hydes offered a retreat for my family visiting for an early Thanksgiving gathering at my home in nearby Towson. The home was clean and comfortable and the location was remarkable with acres of surrounding landscape, and of course visits at the fence line from the beautiful horses from the nearby equestrian center.
