Beautiful, clean condo! Great views of the ocean, mountains and deer in the empty lot next to the complex. Well stocked with high end items. Extra paper goods were appreciated. The property was beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Bed and furniture were comfortable. Only two things missing were a screen door on the bedroom lanai slider and a full length mirror. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Another fantastic stay! This unit is clean, comfortable and has everything you need, including excellent AC and great beach essentials/toys. The host was friendly and very responsive and the view from the lanai was incredible! We enjoyed many peaceful mornings on the lanai watching the deer graze in the vacant lot next door and many breathtaking evenings watching the sunset over the ocean. This is the best unit we’ve stayed in at this property over the years, and it will be our first choice when we return. Also, overlook the previous reviews that say a coffee table is needed as the unit does in fact have a coffee table (I assume the host took those reviews to heart and added one). We had a lovely time!!

A little piece of paradise

Everything was as described; very comfortable bed; great location; we walked to stores and restaurants. Very clean and quiet. Kihei has everything you need. People are helpful and friendly. Shaved ice and smoothies were a big hit with all of us. The beach was spectacular and we saw turtles swimming by almost ever day. Loved our time here.

Good Location

Property is relatively well equipped. Great Beach chairs and umbrella. Old broken boogie boards though. Also, Could use a coffee table. Great location with great view. Having AC in Bedroom as well as living room was great and not usual for this property.

Thank you for being our guest and glad to hear that you found the unit well equipped. Thank you for the feedback with the coffee table as we will look to pick one up. The boogie boards definitely have a life cycle to them and would have been happy to bring you some new ones during your stay had we had been contacted about them.

review of our stay in p405

Enjoyed out stay immensely. Really like the location and the views. Only 1 minor complaint. The toilet tank in one of the bathrooms leaked while we were there, but it was fixed the next day. My complaint is we weren't given any kind of notification of the repair so we actually didn't use the bathroom for another day as we thought it was still not working.

Thank you for being our guest. Glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay immensely. Sorry that you thought that the communication with having the toilet repaired was uncertain, but as mentioned when meeting you to look at it, I confirmed the plumber would be by the following day to fix it and it was. Thanks again.

We love this area of Maui and this is our 3rd stay at the Maui Banyan, but first time in this unit. My favorite unit so far due the view of the open space, ocean and up country. We loved everything about the unit, has everything you could want in the kitchen and lots of beach supplies, but the beds were too firm for us so we did not rest well. Other than that it would have been 5 star!

Nice stay in Kihei

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in several suites at the Maui Banyan over the last 33 years. This one was better than many. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups and pots/pans for cooking. Also lots of bath towels, beach towels etc. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Suite was very clean on arrival. There were a few minor maintenance items which have been reported to the property management company, nothing that impacted the enjoyment of our time in Kihei. We had a few emails with property management before we arrived and they were prompt in their replies. One comment: it would be nice to have a small coffee table as there is nowhere to place a drink while sitting at one end of the couch. Thanks!

E Komo Mai To Paradise!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay at P405 & it will definitely not be our last! The suite is well kept, very clean, has all the bells & whistles one needs for a great stay, & super comfortable. Being that we were there in late October to early November, we were able to see the sunset from our balcony which was stunning. Further to that Maui Banyan is right across the street from Kam 2, so a few nights were spent on the beach watching the sun setting which was spectacular. We were sad to leave our new home away from home but look forward to our next trip there. PMI were wonderful to work with & very accomodating in making our trip happen, we appreciate all they did for us & highly recommend booking with them for a great stay.
