Profitez d'un petit pays de Géorgie Nirvana! Ceci est une maison d'hÎtes d'une chambre sur notre ferme. Il est parfait pour une escapade d'un week-end ou un séjour plus long pour une retraite personnelle. Notre maison d'hÎtes est un appartement complet avec une cuisine de grande taille équipée de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour la cuisine quotidienne. Internet est de 200 mg et trÚs rapide. Notre place peut accueillir 2-4 personnes avec un lit queen dans la chambre et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Un téléviseur est configuré avec Roku TV, un lecteur DVD et un cùble HDMI si vous souhaitez brancher un ordinateur portable et regarder vos propres chaßnes préférées. L'air et la chaleur centralisés maintiennent l'endroit confortable grùce aux ventilateurs de plafond et au magnifique foyer électrique.

Notre ferme est de 31 acres prÚs du champ de bataille de Chickamauga. Nous sommes à 20 minutes de Chattanooga et à 30 minutes des attractions de Cloudland Canyon et de Lookout Mountain. Apportez un kayak ou un canoë - il y a un lancement dans le West Chick Creek à seulement un mile sur la route. Apportez votre vélo et profitez de la conduite en toute sécurité à travers le champ de bataille. Revenez de vos aventures et détendez-vous en vous promenant dans les pùturages. Installez un chevalet pour une journée de peinture en plein air.

Nous acceptons les chiens, mais facturons 10 $ par sĂ©jour et par animal. Veuillez inclure cela dans votre rĂ©servation si vous voyagez avec votre meilleur ami. Notre chien, Rocco, est un grand boxeur mais s'est avĂ©rĂ© ĂȘtre un chien facile Ă  vivre qui aime tout le monde. Nous avons un chenil Ă  l'arriĂšre si vous en avez besoin.

Nous avons notre propre famille d'animaux de pĂąturage amicaux derriĂšre la grange - des chĂšvres, des poulets et des Ăąnes. Les caresses et les cĂąlins surveillĂ©s sont encouragĂ©s! Notre chat de grange, Boots, peut se montrer mais reste gĂ©nĂ©ralement Ă  l'Ă©cart. Nous avons vu beaucoup de cerfs ici et il y a un gros hĂ©ron qui pĂȘche Ă  l'Ă©tang. Les grenouilles sont partout et vous chanteront pour dormir la nuit.

Nous avons un minimum de 2 nuits et offrons un tarif réduit pour les longs séjours. Nous ne louons pas le niveau supérieur si les clients réservent via cette liste en bas. Cozy stay on a farm

Comfy Home Away from Home

This lovely bunkhouse had all the comforts of home! We enjoyed walking the property and seeing the chickens and donkeys. The home was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful and hot! The fireplace heater was amazing and we enjoyed watching tv and chilling on the couch. Thank you to Sydney and Mike for being superb hosts!

Wonderful Retreat

My son and I really enjoyed our stay. Relaxing, beautiful scenery with acres to walk on. The donkey’s , goats and chickens were fun to have around. House was located close to many great places to see, or just relax in bunkhouse. It was a great place to recharge.

Perfect, Quiet Getaway

What a dream this property was! The Bunkhouse had everything we could possibly need for our stay as well as some very sweet touches like farm fresh eggs left out for us to use. We loved the coziness of the Bunkhouse and having the freedom to wander their property. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Lovely farm!

We all enjoyed staying at the bunkhouse! Super friendly hosts and animals😉. My boys loved feeding the animals and seeing them in the morning. The place was cozy and comfortable. Lovely pasture for walks and the sunset was a special treat!

Beautiful property

Coming from Florida, it was a real treat to stay at a working farm!! The owners were super nice and the “Bunkhouse” was a fun change to our everyday homes! Views were spectacular and the location was convenient. For an experience different from the ordinary, I highly recommend!! We will be back!!

Great Stay :)

The Cowboy guest house on the farm was a great stay. Loved all of the animals. It was quit and peaceful, I really got a lot of needed rest. Sydney was a Great host. This will be my stay place every time I go to north GA. Thank you Sydney Will see you need time Mr. Coco Loved it also

Adorable bunkhouse

Cozy, comfortable bunkhouse. Beds very comfortable. Clean and well stocked with amenities. Great shower with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Only about 30 minutes to Chattanooga. Just a few minutes to the lovely town of Chickamauga. Lots of Civil War memorials in the area and the Chickamauga Battlefield. Hosts were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend for a relaxing comfortable stay.

Most relaxing and refreshing overnight stay!

Loved meeting Mike, Sydney and Rocco and staying overnight in the bunkhouse on the farm. Mike and Sydney were very warm and welcoming! Rocco, the dog, was very friendly. The bunkhouse was cozy and bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoying sitting by the fire and visiting with the donkeys, goats, and chickens. We even had fresh eggs for breakfast! It was only an overnight stay. Wish it was available on our trip back through.

Wonderful place

This farm is 40 min outside Chattanooga in beautiful hilly country of Georgia close to mountains and great hiking. It is immaculate but cozy. If you like animals and farms it's perfect. Our dog even tried refusing to leave after enjoying a huge fenced in yard. They have chicken s, donkeys and goats. Sydney and Mike are friendly, and welcoming but give you all the privacy you would like. Can't wait to go back.

Relaxed, warm and cozy Birthday!

Communjcations with Sydney began shortly after booking and guaranteed a quick and easy welcome and check-in. The pics on the site are just what you will enjoy when you arrive... Charming, comfortable and spotless! OLLIE loved rollicking across the acres and enjoyed meeting some of the livestock (in a controlled environment!). My wife and I enjoyed joining Sydney for the feeding of the goats and chickens and donkeys! What a HOOT! (HOOT is not a word I use often but it fits) We found a large variety of delicious and fun restaurants within 8 to 10 miles, and much to do in Chattanooga not much further. We look forward to visiting "The Bunkhouse" again!!

Enjoyed quiet time on the farm.

It was fun to spend time on a farm. It very much so reminded me of my childhood experiences in a farm community east of there. I enjoyed petting and feeding the goats, donkeys, and Rocco the dog too! We liked the location where we enjoyed the sound of rain on the tin roof and the joyful calls of the animals. It was also nice to be close to the battlefield which we enjoyed for two days of our visit there. The only complaint I have is this guest house needed a better cleaning between guests including the inside of the refrigerator as the shelves had leftover bits of food and the floors had pet and human hair. I can understand how things can get overlooked when cleaning. Otherwise the stay was great and I would still very much so I would recommend this place.

Wonderful in so many ways

There were so many aspects of this property that pleased me, it's hard to know where to begin. Sydney and Mike made us feel very welcome on their estate. The house and barn are set far back from the road at the end of a long driveway so it is secluded and quiet. As soon as we arrived, my 9 year-old twins wanted to see the animals and Sydney took us with her to feed them. The sprawling property was beautiful and we enjoyed our early morning walks to see the animals in the field. The "cowboy guesthouse" was equipped with everything we needed and the bed and pull-out couch were both extremely comfortable. My kids commented on how nice the feather pillows were and I loved the soft sheets. We loved having fresh eggs for our breakfast each morning too. You won't regret staying here! Thank you, Sydney and Mike for a perfect little getaway.

Cute property but very dirty and poorly crafted

Kitchen stove, fridge front, floors all very dirty. Mouse droppings on kitchen counter. Very cute concept of turning a barn into a property but the construction was poor. Big gaps in wall boards so plenty of space for critters to get in especially when attached to other stables and barn buildings used for animals. There was rodent bait placed behind appliances so I was very leary that our dogs would get into the poison. Lots of things to do in area, and our dogs loved making friends with the friendly little donkey on the property. Was a bit cold and drafty for the time of year we stayed mid February. We just tried to make the most of it since we only had a 2-night stay.

Cabin needs a good cleaning and better lighting

Communication with Sydney was friendly and timely and I was greeted by her and Mike upon my arrival. I had planned to work from the cabin and enjoy a change of scenery for 10 days. I left after 4 days because of cleanliness and lighting issues. I contacted Sydney directly to provide feedback to her about these issues. The cabin hadn’t been wiped down or thoroughly cleaned in a while. There were dead bugs and a layer of dust on everything—the entryway desk, bookshelf and bedroom dressers, inside the bedside lamps, etc. The bedsheets were clean, but everything else needed to be cleaned. Everything in the kitchen was covered with a layer of dust and a greasy film, dead gnats and food particles. The refrigerator had fingerprints and splatter marks down the front, sides and inside and the shelves had food residue. I purchased Pinesol, 409, vinegar, a scrub brush and wipes—and cleaned the entire kitchen, fridge, freezer, floor—just to feel comfortable cooking and eating there. In addition, there was very little natural light inside the cabin. Even with all the lights on, it was still very dark. I moved my computer to all optional work areas, but it was too dark and difficult to work there. I desperately needed a change of scenery from my everyday surroundings—and I hated to return home, wasting the allotted days and money paid. However, returning home felt like the better option. A full or partial refund would be greatly appreciated.

Great Weekend Getaway

My foster dog and I came up for a quiet weekend just before the Christmas hustle and bustle. The "bunkhouse" was the perfect size for us. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Sydney and Mike were a pleasure to talk with, and Sydney let me accompany her as she fed the goats, donkeys, and chickens which was such a treat for me. The farm has lots of acreage, and my foster dog had a blast off leash in the fenced pastures that were not being used by their animals. She also loved meeting their laid back dog, Rocko. I hope to go back again and perhaps bring friends and make use of their airstream campers as well!
