Great time at a great location.

What a wonderful little pad! It was perfect for my wife and I and our friends. We were able to hang out and play games and watch TV between beach time and bedtime. Didn’t have a chance to sit outside, but the patio area with the couch and umbrella is very nice as well!

Nice affordable rental close to beach

This rental was just what we were looking for
quiet, clean, comfortable and very short ride to the beach. It is not new construction, but clean and attractively furnished. So many practical inclusions (furnished kitchen, soft task lighting in closets, an upstairs clothes washer/dryer, etc.) and thoughtful touches (lamp dimmer switches, fairy lights, etc) that met our needs and provided pleasant ambiance to the stay. The main bedroom is delightful
cozy and romantic at night, full of soft light during the day. The apartment was remarkably quiet in spite of being near the highway, and the beach and quaint downtown are just moments away by car. Our host Jonathan was super fast and pleasant in communications—a delight all the way. Cozy size is best for 1-4 people
more than that would likely start to feel a bit tight. We look forward to renting again.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. The owner was very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed for a smooth experience. We had no trouble at all finding the place or gaining entrance. The unit was very clean, and there were many special touches to make the experience that much better. It is a manageable walk to Rehoboth and the beach/boardwalk (we took the owner's advice and parked at the school and walked from there - the turtles were so cool!). We will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Great location; small and quaint

The House was very clean! I will say the pictures make it look a little bigger than it actually is; the rooms were definitely smaller than I was expecting. I do also feel that there could have been a few more linens provided (for backup) since it took almost a half a day to wash towels to have. The little touches were awesome and I would absolutely rent this house again!

Small but mighty!

We loved this property! It is small but meticulously planned and decorated to give the impression of a larger space. This is helped by high, white ceilings, 1.5 baths, and two decks, both off the kitchen and the master bedroom! It was almost like being on a boat, everything has its niche. Very clean and well appointed, you get the seashore feel but the art and accessories are minimal and well-chosen. It's really adorable and cozy. We were a couple but you could comfortably fit 4 adults. Air conditioning worked great, water pressure was good. Parking was right next to the condo, very convenient. The kitchen had everything one needs and our host left coffee, tea, water, snacks and spare toiletries which I thought went the extra mile! It is a 30 minute, mostly scenic walk to downtown Rehoboth (you can probably do it in 20 but we strolled and checked out the turtles as recommended by our host). You can also easily pick up a bus across the street to get downtown. The property sits between busy Route 1 and a very quiet cul-de-sac with an eclectic mix of homes; the views are not great, but it's like your own little oasis inside and that includes the rear deck. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Getaway

Great accommodations, easy location, wonderful getaway. Any questions that arose were answered very quickly via app. The living space might be a bit crowded for 3+ people, but for 2 adults requiring separate bedrooms, it was perfect! Recommended highly.

Wonderful long weekend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Jonathan's condo! Jonathan was very responsive to my questions and provided some helpful tips prior to our arrival. The condo itself is beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. Bedrooms were very comfortable and the place was well-maintained and very clean. The patio area felt very private and the kitchen areas was well-equipped. I walked to the beach on the first day and it took around 25 minutes or so. It was hot and humid for the weekend we were there, so we ended up purchasing a beach parking permit for the weekend. It was $15 per day and I was able to purchase it one block away from the beach on King Charles Avenue near Stockley Street. It was truly a wonderful experience and I would return in a heartbeat. Many thanks, Jonathan, for being such a gracious host and for making us feel so welcome. Wishing you all the best!

An enjoyable week

The outside property to the condo was quite dirty and evident that no maintenance or landscaping was maintained throughout my week's stay'; actually the common area for residents was filthy. The inside condo was well maintained and clean, a lovely kitchen, clean bathrooms and suitable bedrooms yet quite small. The TV in the main bedroom was not hooked up to cable so impossible to watch. It would be much more practical if showers were located on the floor of the 2 bedrooms rather than next to the kitchen area. The location of the condo was about a 3 minute drive to Rehoboth Beach which was great. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils for cooking, cleaning, etc. and the grill was fine; and the outside area for washing/drying clothes was fine useful. My recommendation would be for a bit of maintenance and cleaning in the outside area of the condo to make it more attractive in that I would never return to the condo under the present appearance of the common area.

Nice place fairly convenient to the beaches. We were primarily spending time in Dewey Beach and this property was about 30 min walk or about 5 minute Uber ride. House was clean and comfortable as advertised.

A Well Appointed Beach Condo

This Condo was tastefully appointed with seaside decor, and contemporary furniture. Very clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. Extra parking is close, just down the street. It had all the kitchen utensils and pans/dishware you could use! The cute enclosed patio was a delightful plus. It was very comfortable for 3 people, but a bit crowded for 4 people. Great communication with the host. The walk to the beach, with umbrellas and chairs, etc, was a long 15 minutes. A bike is best! We got parking passes for $15.00/day and parked near the beach, at any street we liked. Can rent chairs/umbrella at every beach entrance. Note: Don't take the same bus # to Rehobeth center as you took from the house, or you're in for a long ride! Frances

Nice townhouse

Very good communication from Jonathan, answered all questions. Townhouse is a little smaller then I thought but perfect for a family of 4. Good location right of rt 1, 3 min drive to Rehoboth beach and about 20 min walking. 20 min drive to Bethany, and same to Lewes opposite direction. Overall very good experience.

Cozy Beach-Themed Cottage

A cozy condo, 10-minute bike ride to the beach. (Bike rentals only 5 minutes away.) The owner was very responsive and provided great amenities, including snacks, sunscreen, deodorant, mouthwash, etc. The condo is smaller than it appears in the photos; it was a bit cramped, and it would be crowded for a group more than 3. Overall, a fun experience.

Great Location

The house was completely equipped with all the kitchen and house tools to make the staying easy for the guests. Is perfect for 4 people. The house is small but with lots of charming.

Rehoboth Beach

Very clean property with all amenities needed for a short stay. The owner was very responsive to our needs and very easy to communicate with! Perfect size for 2 people. Bedrooms and 1/2 bath are upstairs which was fine for us, but may not work for people who can't do stairs. We would have appreciated softer pillows and pillow top on bed, but that's just our preference. Nice little outdoor patio with shade and seating off main floor and balcony off master bedroom. Some hammering from construction on property next door during day, but didn't bother us.
