We stayed here for our anniversary, it was perfect for 2 people. Great location to walk to restaurants, the boardwalk and the beach! The place had a really comfy bed and was clean and tidy, extra amenities provided like folding chairs, blankets, extra pillows, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a very nice property. Enough room for 2 and very close (walking distance) to beach and boardwalk and shops and restaurants. We did have bad weather but not the property owners fault. We will look to come back another time and hope for better weather.

This unit had everything we needed and more. Parking was great- always available spaces, great location. Nice little touches like a Brita water filter pitcher in the refrigerator. Very clean, comfortable and modern. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, shower was good,elevator was pretty slow but worked well. The mattress was ok but the pillows a bit hard. Rehoboth is central to alot of other areas of interest. There is a ship wreck museum if you have the chance see it,dont be put off by the tourist shop its in go up the stairs and check it out.

Overall the place was clean. But I have to explain that this isn't really a place for 4 grown adults to stay comfortably. My husband and I had our granddaughters who are small and there would be no way we could have stayed there longer than the weekend had they been bigger. I also understand that toiletries can be expensive but one roll of toilet paper for 4 individuals for 3 days could be a little better. I do understand that towels, linens and pillow cases were all extra which is fine since I already had some. And just a side note, not everyone uses the dishwasher so having sponges (real ones) and dishwasher liquid (basically water down) soap could be helpful. Overall, the place was clean and served its purpose for being so close to the beach. You are paying for convenience, which many would agree is the purpose of staying there. Thank you
