Accès Internet haut débit sans fil, téléphone. Jeux de société, livres, puzzles, douche extérieure fermée avec eau chaude et froide, terrasse en bord de mer avec banquette, terrasse couverte en front de mer et côté rue. Les animaux domestiques peuvent être présents lors de l'utilisation du propriétaire. Du dimanche au dimanche, location à la semaine uniquement toute l'année.
