My sister and nieces and I enjoyed this beautiful cottage and location last week! The cottage decor is so warm and welcoming. When we walked in we immediately felt “at home.” I was so impressed with how clean everything was, I almost thought we could be the first renters :). The house located right next the beach path was another huge plus. Winding down the day, sitting on the comfy rockers on the porch, we enjoyed gorgeous sunsets and ocean sounds. It really was a perfect stay and I look forward to coming there again some day.

We loved our stay at Suzanne’s Cottage! The layout of the home was perfect for our two families. Plenty of seating and space for the 6 of us. The beach access location right next to the house was a great perk. We look forward to coming back and staying again soon.

We loved everything about this sweet cottage! It feels so homey and comfortable and was very clean especially since it’s towards the end of the season! Location is wonderful with access to beach right beside the house, easy parking in front of the house! Everything you could possibly need to have a perfect beach stay is provided! Very minimal checkout requirements compared to other places we have stayed. Thank you for this opportunity, it exceeded our expectations!

This was our second year staying at Suzanne’s Cottage by the Sea and once again, it did not disappoint. We love everything about this house from the layout, to the decor and cleanliness, to the porch that looks out onto the ocean. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook each night. Wr thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year!

Perfect stay! Ocean front with amazing views both from the porch and inside the home. Access to the beach could not have been easier, as the public access right beside the house is ideal. Incredibly clean! Linen service was top notch with plenty of extra towels. Would love to stay here again.

The house was beautiful! I noticed all the details...one side with coral and turquoise, the otherside blue and white. The sunroom and deck were havens for us. The whole house was designer perfect.It was clean, every thing we needed for food prep was there. I am so impressed!

Beautiful oceanfront home with everything you need to enjoy your vacation! Cleanliness, check in, host communication, beach access, location, listing accuracy…all were absolutely perfect! Myself, my husband & my sister stayed and we are in our 60s & 70s & had no issues or complaints, just thankful for the hosts opening their home for rental. Highly recommend this place.

This cottage is absolutely perfect! Not a single complaint! So clean, so tastefully decorated, excellent location, hooks for your towels, jewelry stands, outlet/ext cords all over, and a linen service! You do have to put your own sheets on, but then you know 100% they are clean! We had the BEST VACATION EVER!

Great place to stay on Oak Island!

Perfect layout for our family - 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all one level, a very nice and large back deck, plenty of seating inside and out, easy and immediate beach access, and prompt and helpful support from owners. Would love to stay here again in the future.

LOCATION!!

This house is in the perfect location! We have stayed here twice and hope to come back next year. The house is comfortable with easy access to the beach.
