Le complexe dispose d'une belle piscine pour une utilisation estivale, d'une salle d'entraînement, d'un parcours de golf, d'un panier de basket et de courts de tennis. Kingswood Village bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal, à seulement 10 minutes de Northstar, à 1,6 km d'un parcours de golf et à l'une des meilleures plages de Tahoe au Kings Beach State Park. Ajoutez tout cela et vous avez trouvé la maison parfaite pour toute votre escapade à Tahoe!

Cette maison de ville de trois étages a une chambre à coucher king, une salle de bain complète magnifiquement mise à jour et une laveuse et une sécheuse dans la buanderie. Le niveau intermédiaire est la grande pièce ouverte qui comprend des planchers de bois franc cerisier, de hauts plafonds et une cuisine mise à jour parfaite avec des comptoirs en granit. Veuillez noter que cette maison ne dispose pas actuellement d'Internet mais elle sera ajoutée le 6 août.

A l'étage, une chambre avec lits superposés avec un lit superposé pour 2 personnes. Parfait pour les enfants!

Great townhome in terrific complex

My family had a great stay at the townhome and really utilized the swimming pool and tennis courts. The accommodations were very nice. We had everything we need for a wonderful stay..

Delightful little condominium

Just right and not too far away from the beach area. had a little hiccup with the wifi, spectrum, the provider was down.. other than that, everything was good. Would stay here again.

sparkling, perfectly stocked condo

this was the perfect condo for us, bath next to the bedroom, but the teen got to stay under the roof. the condo had everything one might need for cooking and relaxing It appeared to be recently upgraded, like brand new.It is right next to the parking and walkway on the bottom floor, great or us old folks. convenient location to get wherever you want to go. thanks for a wonderful stay.

I was very disappointed because the floors were not clean and there was too much rat droppings on the bathroom floor and in the kitchen next to the fridge, under the sink we found glass on the stairs from a previous people braking up stairs window I re vacuumed and found it wasn’t picking up and up stairs bed was not made with clean sheets and it was hot upstairs no air conditioning and no barbecue as mentioned disappointed for the price I paid to rent it for the days 4 days 3 nights other wise it would have been s great stay

Amazing spot and Magical Condo

The location was amazing! My two daughters loved the upstairs bunk beds and the common room/kitchen was absolutely perfect. We had an absolute blast. The unit is a GREAT place to cozy up during a once-in-a-generation Tahoe storm (which were lucky enough to do). Will definitely stay again!!!

Kings Beach Summer long weekend.

Property is as advertised. Clean, small and conveniently located very near Kings Beach on the northshore side of the lake. What would've made it slightly better? A few "basics" in the kitchen , like salt & pepper, sugar. Cotton instead of flannel sheets (for the summer months). Other than that, all good! Would book again.

Wonderful Tahoe stay

This condo is really cozy and comfortable. A great place for 2-4 people to stay - close to skiing and the lake.

Tahoe City condo

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and had everything we needed.. Our kids loved the loft bedroom with TV. Perfect weekend get away for skiing at North Star.

Low end, poor design but clean

Never found out how to work the gas fireplace. Had to call for service first morning for various small issues. Real problem is 1 thermostat / zone on middle floor results in boiling ground floor and freezing 3rd floor. Bad construction.

It is interested that we have had many guests in this home and have never had this issue. Could have been user error. We will send our heater guy out to check it out and make sure the system is working properly. The temperatures over this guest stay were below zero at night and high below freezing during the day which could have effected their stay.

Perfect for a family with kids

Very nice clean 3 level condo with everything you might need. We’ve rented a number of years in that complex, this one probably the best unit we’ve had.
