I hate leaving bad reviews, but we can't recommend anyone to stay at this location and the owner is not helpful. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. You can also read other reviews stating these things so clearly the host is not motivated to do anything to fix it. 1) rental was not clean: crumbs in the couches, a half-drunk water bottle under a table, band aid wrappers on a counter, and spider webs with spiders in the guest bathroom.2) outdoor kitchen space is nothing like the pictures: the chairs are no longer red, but falling apart and faded; grill was covered in mold and would not light (my husband spent an hour trying to clean it of which he should be paid for!); small charcoal grill had one leg falling off (after we drove to town to buy our own charcoal because grill was moldy)3) cabinet door labeled bowls in the kitchen is broken at top hinge and almost fell on my mother's head; toilet seat cracked and pinching in master bath4) dining room walls covered in graffiti with some vulgar handdrawn pictures5) hot tub does not have a deck around it and cover is ripped so does not securely stay on hot tub6) fireplace broken; pool table broken and unplayable7) the worst part: two of the "bedrooms" are on a storm porch with no windows (just plastic covered screens) and no real door which equaled five unusable beds for us; my mom said outlets in these "rooms" also did not work.8) Power was out one night for an extended time but no flashlights or candles in house.
