L'appartement est situĂ© sur le front de mer de Levante. Étage Ă©levĂ©, 120 m2, qui comprend 2 grandes piĂšces, une grande cuisine, un grand salon et 2 terrasses fantastiques avec une vue fabuleuse sur la baie de Benidorm.
Le bùtiment a un accÚs privé à la plage et dispose de douches et de lave-pieds.
Son emplacement est excellent, il est situé dans le centre historique de la ville. Il a tous les services autour de lui, des restaurants à moins de 50 mÚtres, ainsi que la principale avenue commerçante de la ville située à seulement 100 mÚtres.

Just had a wonderful stay at this apartment, very spacious, clean and great views from the balcony. The host was very nice and communicated well. Everything you need is in the apartment and it was all very comfortable. The apartment block was quiet and was very well kept.

Matias was the perfect host. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. He met us on arrival and showed us around. The apartment was stunning. Was bigger than expected which was great. It was a home from home, with everything you could need. The beds were comfortable and it was really clean. The views from the balcony are amazing and so relaxing to sit and listen to the waves. I will most definitely be booking again for next year.

Amazing view and apartment

This is our 2nd year and already booked for 2026 Exceptional view!!! Bar couple of doors away has same view & very nice cocktails. Apartment spacious and clean. Home from homeMatias is a great host!

One week in a Benidorm old town beach front apartment.

This apartment has fantastic views and a great location.It could sleep up to six people with one person being on a sofa bed.It is clean, spacious, and has everything you could require for your stay in Benidorm.Only down side was that this time our Taxi firm (Beniconnect) could not/would not take us to the door of the apartment. Leaving us with a five minute walk to get there (up hill). Fortunately we knew where the apartment was as we have stayed there before.Not a problem if you are young and able bodied, but could be a problem if you are older and have mobility issues and large suitcases.However, once there you will have a great time, and it's down hill on the way back.

Amazing apartment in a perfect location

Matias met us, even at such a late hour to provide the keys and show us around the apartment. The highlight of the apartment is the balcony with amazing views over the sea and beach. So peaceful but a perfect location to visit levante, the old town and Poniente beach. The use of the private access to the beach and use of the little deckchairs was brilliant and a perfect start to our day. The rest of the apartment is typically Spanish, but the bathroom and kitchen look like the have recently been refurbished and everything you need in the apartment. We didn’t need to contact Matias during our stay, but know if we did he would have been helpful. He came to say goodbye and check we had a good stay. It was the perfect break we needed and I can’t wait to book again. Thank you once again.

Excellent stay

A lovely clean, well equipped and furnished apartment overlooking Playa de Levante with direct beach access. Matias is an excellent host. He kept in touch during our delayed arrival and greeted us at the apartment. Would recommend and hope to return in 2025.

Exceptional views - great location

- exceptional views of the beach front & clear view of Benidorm island to the right. - top floor apartment - balcony is private & not overlooked. You just hear sea waves. - there’s a hotel 20 metres away, which does a good pot of tea & has the same exceptional views - apartment super clean & offers full range of UK channels (movies sport etc) not that we used it with that view - 3 minute walk to bars & shops - 20 minute walk to the new town - will defo book for next year.

Stunning Cruise like View from Terrace!!!

The apartment is on 6th Floor and the view from the terrace is glorious, like being on a Cruise Ship! it is very large spacious and cool, decor and furniture is homely (a little bit tired but overall very very comfortable. Our party consisted of me, Hazel (10 weeks post knee op) my very disabled husband Michael and our wonderful daughter Caroline! there is a lift up to the apartment, beach is just 2 min walk away, Tapas Alley, 2 min walk away, everything you could want just few minute walk away. The apartment best feature apart from the view is how quiet it is, only the sound of the sea. The worst thing is the hill outside if you have difficulty walking and not been able to hire a scooter as there is no access for such a thing, also Taxis are reluctant to go there as at certain times the road below is closed off. Despite my husband not been able to leave the apartment for the full week, we enjoyed it thoroughly and would highly recommend the apartment and its location. Mateus was very good when our prebooked taxi (Beniconnect) dumped us on our arrival 5 minute walk away, which was the most stressful experience, when you cant walk and dont know where you are or going! Luckily Mateus came and found us and got us a taxi to the apartment, bless him.

We keep coming back for more!

Just back from our third stay at Matias’ apartment and already we are planning to return. Unbeatable in terms of location (seafront between Levante and Poniente beaches and next to the old town) and with the roomiest balcony and best sea views we have ever experienced, the apartment is spacious, flooded with light and has all the amenities required to provide a home from home – whether for a couple like us or for a family with kids – including well-equipped kitchen, power shower and an amazing range of English news and entertainment channels on TV. As hosts, Matias and his parents are always welcoming and supportive and for what is on offer the price is very reasonable. We would happily recommend this apartment to anyone.

Amazing apartment with fabulous views

This is an amazing apartment. Great location, fabulous views over Levante beach. On the sixth floor, it is very quiet, with very little noise from the surrounding bars and cafes. Thoughtful touches such as washing powder, fabric conditioner and washing up liquid provided. There was even a shopping trolley to help with heavy shopping such as water (or beer). Balcony with sun beds is a perfect sun trap. Large TV with access to English channels a bonus. Located very close to the Tourist Information Office - helpful hint - give this guidance to the taxi driver, it will help him/her locate the apartment. Drive along the Promenade towards the Old Town and when you reach the TIO the apartment is up the hill on the left. Matias extremely helpful and flexible on arrival/departure times. We had a wonderful time, can't wait to return.

Fabulous apartment!

The apartment was absolutely lovely.Very, very clean and spacious. Everything you could need was there, from large fluffy towels, a full kitchen and everything else in between! Our host Matias was amazing so very helpful and available if needed. We will definitely be booking this apartment again. Highly recommend this wonderful well situated apartment again.

Great stay!

The owner Matias was fantastic from the start, replying to my questions and when we arrived we were met at the apartment and shown how everything worked. The apartment smelt so clean and was totally spotless and the view is to die for! We ate breakfast everyday at Sherry,s pub which is about a 1 minute walk from the apartment and although the apartment is in the thick of the all the entertainment in the old town it was very quiet at night, so no issues with noise at all. Would definitely return! Thanks Matias!

The apartment is great, large and bright,with fantastic views of Levante beach. Matias, our host is a gent, met us on arrival and explained everything to us. I have been to Benidorm many times, and this one of the best apartments I've stayed in.

We stayed at the apartment over Christmas ,we had a wonderful time, the apartment was the icing on the cake. Matius was very informative,he waited for us at the apartment,even though our driver was late,ideal location.

Superb!

Apartment was highly recommended by a friend, and we are so glad we booked! It was superb. The location is excellent, the apartment is fabulous, the view outstanding,UK TV a huge bonus, secured WiFi brilliant. Matias met us on arrival at apartment and went through everything and was very helpful. Matias was available if you had any questions during holiday.
