L'espace

La pièce maîtresse de l'intérieur est la cuisine de comptoir en granit, entièrement équipée et de grandes fenêtres qui illuminent l'espace de vie avec une belle lumière du soleil. Belle terrasse parfaite pour rester au chaud et siroter du vin sur une partie d'échecs. À côté de vous, la cuisine entièrement équipée est excellente pour préparer et servir de délicieux repas, que vous apprécierez autour de l'élégante table de comptoir en granit. La climatisation AC assure que la villa reste parfaitement confortable à tout moment de l'année. Dish TV dans toutes les chambres et le salon pour profiter des films de famille.

Juste à côté de l'appartement dispose d'une piscine pour les enfants et une piscine pour adultes pour la détente. Le patio et la cuisine sont bien aménagées avec des meubles, et un grill haut de gamme pour barbecue classique. C'est l'endroit parfait pour les fêtes en plein air ou simplement en sirotant un café le matin ou des cocktails en soirée dans l'air frais de Cabo.

La villa comprend deux chambres, dont une élégante suite parentale avec lit king size, et une salle de bain attenante avec douche et baignoire indépendantes. La chambre principale dispose de deux lits queen et salle de bains avec douche autonome. . Un berceau est également disponible si vous en avez besoin.

Great location and condo

The location of this condo is very convenient to downtown CSL. The condo was clean and included everything I needed for my stay. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a huge plus.

Great location

Should have extra lightbulbs or do a more complete check of the condo before renting. Difficult to do laundry if cannot read Spanish

A beautiful area with so many options!

It is just magnificent! The property itself is so clean, upscale, and easy to be contact with the property owners! The views from this property is beyond words. It was quite and calm, perfect for couples, friends, and even families. This property is in great location to many options. For example, downtown is less than 10 minutes uber drive, Walmart, mall, plenty of stores walking distance. And food, food, food! The foods are so flavorful and delicious! I would and definitely am going to come back to this property! People are so friendly, and available when needed! I can keep going on and on! A great location, for a great getaway!

The property is in a gated community and requires visitors to know the name of the property in order to enter. This *very* important information was not provided prior to arrival and made for a very awkward 10 minutes while trying to contact the property manager.

Too short!!

Snuck away with family for a few days. Very well stocked condo. Kitchen and baths were great. Beds not too comfy, but not awful. We’re game players so wished there was a dining table to sit around. Registering forms were long and daunting and when they continued to crash it certainly caused stress. Just be aware this condo is not run by vrbo! You pay extra for this

Family get-away

We were looking for a quiet place to escape the snow with teenagers, and this did not disappoint. We loved the community--very quiet and clean, lovely landscaping, nice pools and outdoor areas. The access to the beach involves a lot of stairs, but the walk was so worth it. The beach is gorgeous although the sand is rough--reccomend tight-fitting beach shoes! We really enjoyed exploring the tide pools at low tide. The water was easily swimmable even at low tide. The property is within easy access to walmart and costco, and about 15 minutes to downtown Cabo. We did rent a car since it was our first time there and we don't speak Spanish. We drove in to Cabo twice to see the sights, did a clear boat tour, etc and then were able to escape back to our quiet space. Hugo was very responsive and helpful. Alicia, who checked us in, was very friendly, but didnt have much English. She was contacting me separately by text which I first thought was a scam. This particular condo is showing its age a bit, but was overall clean and comfortable. There was a countertop dispenser of bottled water, as well as toaster oven, blender, and diswasher. The walls are very thin! Fortunately the neighbor upstairs had good taste in music. And the quiet time rules were observed. Be warned that each time you enter the community, they will take your license at the gate in exchange for your parking pass, but will return it when you head out to run errands or eat. Our favorite places to eat were La Taquiza, just down the road (we could have walked) and The Sand Bar in downtown Cabo.

Private Beach

The private beach was absolutely incredible. The condo is cozy and well decorated and supplied. Neighbors were very friendly. We enjoyed walking over to the neighboring hotel which had fantastic food and an amazing view. Uber has a little bit of trouble getting in so you have to tell them to enter through cabo bello entrance.
