Beautiful property in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants and tasting rooms on 3rd street. Good home base to visit wineries. Only negative was there were only 4 hangers in the closet and no contact info to ask anyone for more.

We appreciate the guests feedback. Our Local Manager has since checked the hot water and it appears to be in working order. The bed as well as the whole unit was furnished in June with all new items, we understand that each person has a mattress preference and will keep our eye on the feedback. The home is located in the town and not on a major road, we are sorry the guest experienced loud noises.

The Cutest Little City Oasis

Perfect location to shop, eat, explore McMinnville! Very clean, spacious, and definitely loved the shower the most. We were able to do a visit to The Evergreen Flight Museum and do a wine tasting just around the corner! Perfect getaway, staycation spot!

This generous sized studio was perfect for our stay in McMinnville. Great location to walk to shops and eateries. Comfortable, quality furniture and bed. Attention to detail in the construction and finishes. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect place to experience McMinnville wine country, we didn’t even use our rental car once we arrived you can walk to every amazing thing! The room was spotless and the bed was so cozy! Wish it had been cooler outside so we could use the beautiful fireplace!

Perfect location

This property is in a perfect location to walk to restaurants and shops. Beautiful studio with comfortable bed and couch. Only issue was the internet log on and password had changed but a couple calls to Vacasa and new information was provided. Highly recommend this property.

Great spot to explore all Oregon Wine Country has to offer

The location was fantastic - just one block from the hustle and bustle of Third Street in downtown McMinnville. We were easily able to walk to coffee, dinners and tasting rooms. It was also a great central location to explore the many vineyards in Willamette Valley. The studio itself was just as advertised - clean, updated and cozy. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay!

Loft was perfect for two with all we needed. Tastefully decorated and comfortable climate in July. Close to all the local restaurants and wineries in McMinnville. Walked around everywhere. Ventured out to the coast to Cannon Beach and hit several wineries. Favorite Restaurants were Humble Spirit, La Rambla & Capa Pizza! Will be back!

Great location!

Loved everything about this condo especially its close location to all the shops and restaurants. We walked to everything and it was very (only 10 min walk to main shopping area). Everything inside the unit was clean and beautifully updated. Getting into the unit took about 25 min as we were not initially given the 4 digit access code to the first entryway. All in all a great place to stay - would definitely book here again.

Very good, very comfortable bed, great shower. Could have a bath mat in shower. Would be nice to have a few carpet runners if they want you to remove shoes. Maybe a stool or something to sit on by door to take off shoes.We would definitely rent it again

Would stay again

The loft unit was excellent. High end finishes, extremely clean, spacious, comfortable bed and great setup with the bedroom area separate from the living area/kitchenette. It was key to be walking distance from restaurants, wine tasting and shops. The location was close to wineries and hiking, so you can't go wrong with the location. Two suggestions for the owner: -Hooks in the bathroom to hang towels -Some sort of dresser to unpack clothing. There are only 2 small nightstands and 6-7 hangars, which doesn't allow your guests to unpack their clothing.
