Charming updated 1907 farmhouse with a separate private small apartment upstairs with its own entrance that’s not for rent. The house has an open floor plan conveniently located only 1.5 blocks and literally a three minute walk (we timed it!) to the heart of historic downtown McMinnville and a 10 minute walk to Linfield University. Make Davis Street Farmhouse your home away from home with over 350 wineries within a 15 minute radius to choose from. You just may never want to leave!

Note: If you're planning to bring a dog(s), it is important to message the host so a separate one time charge of $50 can be added to your bill.

Another great stay at the Farmhouse. It had everything that we needed. And it is in a prime location - close to downtown shops and restaurants and a perfect spot to explore wine country. Stephanie is an excellent host, very responsive to our questions. Looking forward to our next visit.

Communication was outstanding with owner! What a well kept home to stay in. Loved how clean the entire place was. Home was so close to the downtown area, extremely easy to walk around the town from the VRBO.Would 100% stay here again. Superb.

This place is awesome and so is Stephanie the owner. It is 2 blocks from 3rd St which is the heart and soul of the McMinnville wine experience! I have stayed here twice and will return!!

Couldn't ask for a better location in easy walking distance from downtown McMinnville. Stephanie, the host, was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Highly recommend this home!
