Cette maison spacieuse dispose d'une chambre du propriétaire avec super bain qui comprend une douche séparée et un bain à remous jacuzzi. Vous allez adorer la cuisine, la salle familiale et le salon. Family vacation 2025 was great. The house was everything we expected. Spacious, relaxing, and very well equipped. Nice "gaming " room for the kids, spacious screened in deck for sipping morning coffee and evening cocktails, open area kitchen/living room was nice also. Overall, perfect house for families to enjoy each other's company. Would highly recommend. We're already trying to figure out booking dates for next summer. Also, owners are easily accessible and very caring!!!

Relaxing getaway

Our family had a relaxing vacation, the home was beautifully decorated and clean. The kids enjoyed the beach, pool, tennis courts and boardwalk. The screened in porch was perfect for watching the thunderstorm during our stay.The house is fully equipped with everything you need. It was nice to have beach chairs, toys, bikes and a wagon already there. I definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Our family had the best time! The home is immaculate & has everything a family needs. Only have to take the items the owner lists to take. Takes a few min for the hot water to reach the Jacuzzi but it's worth the wait!! Plan to return!

Beach Week

Pictures were accurate as we entered the home. Everything was available in the home to function for the week. Owners were accessible through messaging and responded in a timely manner. There was a personal note and gifts in the home the made us feel welcomed. Would definitely stay again. Very close to Bethany beach and surrounding beaches like Rehoboth and Ocean City MD, both about 30min drive in opposite directions. The neighbors were friendly and it was quiet. We also had access to a pool which added an additional amenity.

Such a good time!

Our multigenerational family had the very best time! So many wonderful memories to take home. Lots to do and so close to the beach! Plenty of places to shop and eat. The house listing really doesn’t do it justice. Bright, clean, spacious with plenty of spread out room for adults and teens alike. The 17 year old girls took the enclosed screened back porch(they were always cold! ) and the 13 year old boys the game room. The pool was wonderful. The hosts were tremendous and available with any questions that you have. You will find a Welcome binder on the foyer table chock full of information. Robert and Maria do everything to make you feel welcome. They have some pretty cool neighbors too! If you’re looking to stay in Bethany Beach and have a large family like ours stay here, you will not be disappointed!

Family Vacation

Had a great visit with our daughter, son in law and grandson. House is as listed. The porch, bikes and pool access were great amenities. Area is nice. Lots of traffic. We ended up going to Fenwick State park to beach there as Bethany Beach parking was a bit crazy. Robert and Maria were quick to reply to any inquiries while there. The house was perfect.

Perfect vacation!

Robert and Maria were great hosts and easy to communicate with! The house is exactly as pictured and just a few minutes from the beach. We enjoyed the pool just about everyday and also utilized their beach chairs! My parents loved the screened in porch for morning coffee and board games with the kids. Highly recommend and very reasonably priced!

Beautiful and Relaxing

We felt at home instantly! The house is beautifully decorated. Has the personal tocuh with family photos. The kids loved the bunkbeds and tpy box with the truck's. Seating is not a priblem and definitely allowed us to spread out and relax! The outdoor shower was perfect after a day at the beach. It could have used a quick little cleanup for leaves and cobwebs. The pool was fabulous and not crowded. Owner reaponse to minor issue with streaming/live tv servixe was quick! We are already looking forward to staying here next year!

Great vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. It was the first time in years the whole family could get together. The home was just as pictured, and very clean. Host quickly answered the few questions we had. The back porch was our favorite spot for morning coffee.

Beautiful house, great location

Robert and Maria were great hosts! The home was clean and spacious. Loved the deck outback and all the available items (bikes, beach accessories, fishing poles) in the garage. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the location was great - 5 mins from the beach! The guest book with recommended restaurants and activities was also very helpful. We would definitely stay again. Kids loved it; we had a great time!

Bethany Beach House

This home was very spacious and we really enjoyed our stay. There were plenty of bikes for the entire family. If I had to mention things that I would consider changing with the rental would be the type of grill on the property. This grill has no closure and with having a very windy weekend we had to use a lot of coals to keep the grill warm. The only other thing I would mention was the back porch was not cleaned at all and had over 2-3 inches on all the furniture which we had to clean upon arriving. Other than that, we had a great time. The home was beautiful, and close to many things for my family to do being so close to the beach! Thank you Robert and Maria for being great hosts!!

Our family has come to the beach as a group for years and everyone said this was the best week we ever had so far. What a great house. Great location and the pool was a huge hit with the weather being in the 90’s. Your garage had everything we needed and more. Only thing we would say is to add the Millville boardwalk to your “book”. The kids loved it , it wasn’t far to drive and the adults enjoyed the ice cream. Lol. We will recommend this house of yours to anyone Thanks for sharing

We had come to the friendly beaches of Bethany with our children for many summers. We are such creatures of habit. So we have always wanted to own our very own Bethany Beach Home.
Our dreams had finally come true... in a perfect welcoming neighborhood, with great side walks, a quiet screened-in Sun porch (a guest favorite), a white picket fence and only minutes away from the beach.
It actually was a gift to my wife Maria for our 25th wedding Anniversary. It is an honor for our family to be able to share not only our dream home but the wonderful community of Bethany, the surrounding Delaware beaches and Ocean City, MD. beaches with you. We want you to experience what our family does every time we visit the area....lots of sunshine, soft sand,relaxation, best funnel cakes & orangeades (Steve's Sugar Shack is the best), clam strips & Kohr's custard, Ferry to Cape May, walks in the park & a perfect size Boardwalk. We had rented in the South Hampton neighborhood for over ten years. It is only 7 minutes from the beach. The neighborhood has always been quiet & welcoming. The pool is beautiful & one block away....defintely walking distance. They also have holiday celebrations and include the renters. The Tennis & pickleball courts are in 1 block distance. We love to ride our bikes & the sidewalks and streets are so welcoming for us to do that.

Our home sleeps 8-10 comfortably. Large 2 Car Garage. Free Wifi, TV's and Furniture through-out the Home. New Washer and Dryer, Large Refrigerator to empty your cooler into. You will love our home and decor' and all that Bethany Beach has to offer. (HOA Requires NO MORE than 10 occupants.)

Maria's Beach Blessing Home has been founded on True Love with Intentional Care! It is a beautiful Single family 2 Story home with an adorable porch and White Picket Fence. It is lovely landscaped including 2 Southern Crepe Myrtles. Our large screened in fully Furnished Sun Room Porch is the Guest Fan Favorite. You get to enjoy some greenery & a view of the Pond. It is a perfect place to have morning coffee or tea, quiet meditation or devotional time. Later in the day it is a great place to share meals, crabs, and enjoys some games or conversations. There are many rooms in our coastal home to find your own space if needed. The rooms are spacious & very comfortable. Each room was intentionally thought out & Decorated with Beach themes. We have received many postive comments on how comfortable our beds are !
We have the absolutely Best neighbors are so kind & welcoming ! We are one block from the Pool & tennis courts. A very easy walk or bike ride.

We are definitely more spacious than a Town Home with less steps. Easier to enter than a Condo . Just come & decide for yourself. Enjoy our queit community. With our large driveway where you won't have to fight for parking.
