Venez vous amuser dans notre belle maison unifamiliale avec de nouveaux meubles. 7 chambres finies dont une salle de jeux avec un nouveau canapé-lit Queen, 3 chambres avec 5 lits individuels, 2. 5 bains, 10 personnes dans la communauté tranquille de "Villages de Southampton". 5 minutes en voiture de la plage de Bethany et Boardwalk. Cette maison spacieuse dispose d'une chambre du propriétaire avec super bain qui comprend une douche séparée et un bain à remous jacuzzi. Vous allez adorer la cuisine, la salle familiale et le salon. Grande terrasse fermée 3 saisons qui mène à une terrasse avec table pour manger en plein air et s'amuser. Douche privée extérieure pour les corps sablonneux "après la plage".

Notre maison est votre maison, alors s'il vous plaît profitez de l'utilisation des chaises de plage, des jouets et des vélos de plage, du porte-vélos de voiture, de la cour privée clôturée. Notre Beach Home vous offre de nombreux équipements tels qu'une NOUVELLE laveuse et sécheuse, salle de bain privée pour le 2e. et 3e. Des chambres. Bar à café (y compris la cafetière). Tous les pots (mijoteuse), casseroles, ustensiles, plats à utiliser pour votre commodité. Partout où vous marchez, vous trouverez confort, calme et plaisir. Faites-en l'expérience par vous-même.

We had an amazing week with our five children! The house was the perfect size for our family, and our kids absolutely loved the toys and game room. My son and husband went fishing three times during our stay and had such a great time.The location was wonderful — close to the Bethany boardwalk and many great restaurants. We also had the pleasure of speaking with the owners, who were incredibly kind and welcoming.We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning next year! :)

From the moment you walk into the home you feel the welcoming beach charm! The homeowners even leave you a fun filled bag of goodies that my children were so excited to see. The home is very spacious and spotless clean. The neighbor was very inviting as well. The host responds to any questions or concerns at any time. The Welcome book gave us the best recommendation for Crabcake, Woodys in Dewey! The house had so much seating with 3 separate seating areas, the bedrooms were extremely spacious, my children loved the bunk bed area and it's so genius to include a queen bed in the same room my husband and I absolutely loved that! Our children also enjoyed the educational toys. The garage was filled with sooo many bikes for all ages, fishing gear and so many beach chairs and toys it was packed with absolutely everything you would need! There was a pool which was a short walk, which was closed for the season but hoping next time we return we definitely can use it. The home is located close to everything you need to get to. Our family truly enjoyed every part of this house, my husband loved every aspect of the screened in porch to drink his morning coffee, our family also loved that the outdoor shower had a roof not your typical open air one it's the little things lol, all I can say is I highly recommend this home and we will definitely be back! You will not be disappointed :)

Relaxing getaway

Our family had a relaxing vacation, the home was beautifully decorated and clean. The kids enjoyed the beach, pool, tennis courts and boardwalk. The screened in porch was perfect for watching the thunderstorm during our stay.The house is fully equipped with everything you need. It was nice to have beach chairs, toys, bikes and a wagon already there. I definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was the first time in years the whole family could get together. The home was just as pictured, and very clean. Host quickly answered the few questions we had. The back porch was our favorite spot for morning coffee.

This home has a charming beachy theme. It's very spacious and clean. The host quickly responded to any questions and provided a fantastic welcome binder (slightly out of date for restaurants though) It has 3 separate "living" spaces on the first floor; plus an amazing screened in porch! We spent every evening on the porch playing games and chatting!! The kitchen has everything you need in a compact space and ample dining area. Upstairs are 3 generously sized bedrooms. My grandchildren loved the bunk/queen bedroom. Lots of great educational toys for the young children too and games galore for al ages. All the rooms were well lit and had ceiling fans. Nice bedding, queen beds were very firm, king bed was a little softer. Master bath is huge, second bath was a little bit tight. The toilets are very tiny and low, that's my only negative. The garage was jam packed with everything you would need for a week at the beach and more! Numerous bikes, boogie boards, tennis rackets, charcoal for the grill. The yard was clean and the front of the house is well manicured and inviting. Great neighbors too. The pool was a short walk away and it was enormous. There were lots of tables and shaded areas if needed. We went to the pool daily. It was never crowded. The tennis court was pretty well maintained and a nice option to have too. It's centrally located, a short drive to downtown Bethany and the beach. I highly recommend this home. You won't be disappointed.

Our family had the best time! The home is immaculate & has everything a family needs. Only have to take the items the owner lists to take. Takes a few min for the hot water to reach the Jacuzzi but it's worth the wait!! Plan to return!

The house was just the right size for the six of us plus a 10 month old who loves to crawl around and explore everything. The beach is close by and the pool was a good change of pace.

Comfortable home!!!

This was definitely one of the most comfortable homes we have ever stayed in. The king size bed was great, my kids loved having a tv in their bedroom and there was so much room for all of us to spread out. The bikes in the garage were a huge plus. Would definitely visit again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Family vacation 2025 was great. The house was everything we expected. Spacious, relaxing, and very well equipped. Nice "gaming " room for the kids, spacious screened in deck for sipping morning coffee and evening cocktails, open area kitchen/living room was nice also. Overall, perfect house for families to enjoy each other's company. Would highly recommend. We're already trying to figure out booking dates for next summer. Also, owners are easily accessible and very caring!!!

Perfect vacation!

Robert and Maria were great hosts and easy to communicate with! The house is exactly as pictured and just a few minutes from the beach. We enjoyed the pool just about everyday and also utilized their beach chairs! My parents loved the screened in porch for morning coffee and board games with the kids. Highly recommend and very reasonably priced!

The screened porch is mine and my wife's favorite spot in the mornings. What a great and quiet location to read and drink coffee. Every once in awhile you may catch us playing cards there as well. Glad you have a great time!

This place was like a home away from home. Very spacious & did not disappoint. Everything was exactly as described in its description. We just did not want to leave. Definitely a place I will keep in mind for any future trips to Delaware.

Lovely Family Beach-house

Lovely home! Just what my family needed. We relaxed on the large screened in porch, took walks in the neighborhood (very friendly), spent 2 days at the beach and visited Berlin, MD, Lewes, DE and shopped at the outlets. My family and I recommend anyone to stay here. You wil not be disappointed.

Robert and Maria were great hosts! The home was clean and spacious. Loved the deck outback and all the available items (bikes, beach accessories, fishing poles) in the garage. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the location was great - 5 mins from the beach! The guest book with recommended restaurants and activities was also very helpful. We would definitely stay again. Kids loved it; we had a great time!

We had come to the friendly beaches of Bethany with our children for many summers. We are such creatures of habit. So we have always wanted to own our very own Bethany Beach Home.
Our dreams had finally come true... in a perfect welcoming neighborhood, with great side walks, a quiet screened-in Sun porch (a guest favorite), a white picket fence and only minutes away from the beach.
It actually was a gift to my wife Maria for our 25th wedding Anniversary. It is an honor for our family to be able to share not only our dream home but the wonderful community of Bethany, the surrounding Delaware beaches and Ocean City, MD. beaches with you. We want you to experience what our family does every time we visit the area....lots of sunshine, soft sand,relaxation, best funnel cakes & orangeades (Steve's Sugar Shack is the best), clam strips & Kohr's custard, Ferry to Cape May, walks in the park & a perfect size Boardwalk. We had rented in the South Hampton neighborhood for over ten years. It is only 7 minutes from the beach. The neighborhood has always been quiet & welcoming. The pool is beautiful & one block away....defintely walking distance. They also have holiday celebrations and include the renters. The Tennis & pickleball courts are in 1 block distance. We love to ride our bikes & the sidewalks and streets are so welcoming for us to do that.

Our home sleeps 8-10 comfortably. Large 2 Car Garage. Free Wifi, TV's and Furniture through-out the Home. New Washer and Dryer, Large Refrigerator to empty your cooler into. You will love our home and decor' and all that Bethany Beach has to offer. (HOA Requires NO MORE than 10 occupants.)

Maria's Beach Blessing Home has been founded on True Love with Intentional Care! It is a beautiful Single family 2 Story home with an adorable porch and White Picket Fence. It is lovely landscaped including 2 Southern Crepe Myrtles. Our large screened in fully Furnished Sun Room Porch is the Guest Fan Favorite. You get to enjoy some greenery & a view of the Pond. It is a perfect place to have morning coffee or tea, quiet meditation or devotional time. Later in the day it is a great place to share meals, crabs, and enjoys some games or conversations. There are many rooms in our coastal home to find your own space if needed. The rooms are spacious & very comfortable. Each room was intentionally thought out & Decorated with Beach themes. We have received many postive comments on how comfortable our beds are !
We have the absolutely Best neighbors are so kind & welcoming ! We are one block from the Pool & tennis courts. A very easy walk or bike ride.
We have games, Bikes for all ages, Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs, Sand toys, a great Beach Cart and much much More .The outdoor Shower is wonderful for a quick beach rinse off too .
We are definitely more spacious than a Town Home with less steps. Easier to enter than a Condo . Just come & decide for yourself. Enjoy our queit community. With our large driveway where you won't have to fight for parking.
