Ces trois maisons pittoresques de Charleston conçues par des professionnels disposent de superbes porches en plein air, d'espaces de vie accueillants, de chambres spacieuses, d'un parking privé dans la rue et de toutes les commodités nécessaires pour des vacances parfaites à Charleston. Les maisons contiguës ont chacune leur propre espace de vie, une suite parentale, une cuisine entièrement équipée avec de nouveaux appareils, des espaces de restauration, un lave-linge / sèche-linge et des téléviseurs à écran plat. Chaque salon est intimement conçu mais spacieux avec son propre canapé gigogne.

Les maisons sont idéales pour accueillir et recevoir de grands groupes. Les suites Master disposent de lits king-size, d'une salle de bains privative, d'un placard suspendu et d'une télévision à écran plat. Wedding Group Stay

Had a great time! The houses were cleaned and ready right on time. The town connected townhomes are right across from the third home, making the whole area feel like our own. It sits back in an alley too, so there is a lot of privacy from the main road which is awesome. Would definitely stay again!

I had a great experience staying here with my bachelorette party! The set up of the houses were perfect from everyone having their own space while being able to come together comfortably in the main living room. The porches are also a plus! We were able to easily walk to coffee shops, king street and get to the rest of downtown or Shems Creek quickly. Host was also super responsive and easy to coordinate with - would highly recommend for large groups!

Ladies week was great!

The houses were hard to find but once we got used to it we were good. (A lot of one-way streets). The area was within a short drive of many good restaurants. I would stay there again if I needed a large number of rooms as we did in this case. Plenty of room and southern charm in the older area of Charleston.

Perfect for Large Groups

This was an overall great property. We had 21 people staying and everyone fit comfortably. The location was great. House had everything we needed for meals. I thought it could have been a little cleaner, but we didn’t mind. Highly recommend for big groups in Charleston looking to have a good time.

Charleston!

Myself and all of my friends had a great stay at this location! When traveling with nearly 20 people it can be difficult finding a location that can house everyone comfortably while remaining in walking distance to different attractions and nightlife. This property hit all the marks and would highly recommend to anyone coming into town with a large group!

It was wonderful!

This property was ideal for my group of 24. Having multiple buildings with their own amenities allowed for us all to have some space when needed, but the property also had many large spaces for the group to hang out all together. The property was very true to the listing, the owners provided a great set of recommendations for restaurants and bars, and it was close to downtown! Would highly reccomend for large groups :)

My group stayed here for my sister's bachelorette trip. We were a big group of 23, and this house was perfect for us! Very comfortable, and everyone had a bed. Caroline even brought us an extra one! Parking was a little scary, so definitely wouldn't recommend large SUVs/mini vans. Love these houses!

Great compound!

The three houses at President St. were exactly what we needed. They are located in the heart of downtown just a couple of minutes (Uber) away from everything. The surrounding neighborhood is hip and has some great neighborhood restaurants a couple walking minutes away. The proximity of the three houses was awesome. Our group of 15 slept comfortably in the separated spaces but also enjoyed spending time together in the largest house. They were all clean, updated, and nicely decorated. The only minor downfall is that the driveway is narrow as it is in between two houses. The parking is tight/ has height restrictions. However, it was nice that the listing warned us beforehand so that we could choose which vehicles to bring. The parking and driveway situation was nothing terrible compared to the other cities that we have visited and we didn't use our cars much so it was only inconvenient upon arriving at night. Overall, highly recommend this property for a large group!!

Nice place for my entire family!

3 houses all together, 2 connected, one across the driveway. Each house was similar, plenty of seating and a decently stocked kitchen. Parking is an issue. The spots are very tight and require excellent parking skills, we mostly parked on the street. All the houses have stairs, these are not the rentals for anyone with mobility issues but we were fine. Green house has nice upper and lower porches with walk outs. Location is good but view not so great. We had a great time all being together and this property allowed that...

Thanksgiving in Charleston

The property is as pictured. We were all (15) surprised by the amount of steps in the homes and between the 3 homes. Maybe I missed that part of the description the amount of steps involved and that there are no bathrooms on the main floors of the two attached homes. There are quite a few steps to get to a bathroom (on the 2nd fl). Thankfully we were able to climb steps but for families with older members this would be good to know before hand. Other than that we had an enjoyable visit.

Bachelorette Party!

This was the perfect location for a large group of girls. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably as well as socialize within the houses. King street is super close and we were able to walk down to bars and restaurants. If you are planning a large party this is the place to be!

Poor Communication with Property Management

We were very disappointed when we called and sent a message about the outdoor lights, only to NEVER receive a call back and an email back stating that there may not be outdoor lights on hand. We had NO ice maker and notified you of this with no response, which I find very unacceptable that you would not have the courtesy to respond, nor offer to bring us ice. In addition, we send you a message about the kitchen light bulb being out and lamp light bulbs being out, and the response was to check under the sink and in the kitchen closet, which I responded we did. Fortunately, another until had a kitchen light bulb, but they were also experiencing NO bulbs in lamps. The disappointing part of this is that you all did not even respond back to us about the lack of light bulbs or having an ice maker in the large house, so we had to uber to find ice. Needless to say, the group of 10 over 50+ years of age will not return to rent your property, nor will we recommend this as a place to stay. We had a great time with each other, despite the inconveniences and lack of response.

With three master suites, full kitchens, living areas, and washer/dryer setups, this complex is well suited for a single large group or three smaller groups visiting and staying in Charleston.

Due to the urban and downtown location of the houses, city noises (traffic, construction, emergency vehicles, neighbors, etc.) may be heard.

The driveway and parking area is VERY tight for large trucks and SUVs. Compact vehicles fit best. We are fortunate that we can offer guests 4-5 off-street (complimentary) parking spots in the middle of Downtown Charleston!

This is a legal, City of Charleston permitted, short-term rental. Please be aware that some listings found outside of the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood may not be permitted to operate as short term rentals. Illegal listings are subject to being closed down forcing the cancellation of all reservations. Our neighborhood is the only allowed short-term rental area in the city.
