Cette charmante maison de 3 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain a été construite récemment à l’ouest de Panama City Beach, à proximité des meilleurs magasins, restaurants et lieux de divertissement. Complet avec des touches personnalisées tout au long, TV à écran plat dans le salon et Internet sans fil. Un patio de détente et une cour arrière spacieuse, Sea Kiss rendra vos vacances inoubliables.

La suite principale comprend un lit king moelleux pour un confort maximum, une double douche et une grande douche à l'italienne dotée d'une pomme de douche effet pluie avec carrelage personnalisé. La première chambre d'invité a un lit Queen, tandis que la deuxième chambre d'invité a un lit Queen plus un matelas supplémentaire de lits jumeaux, permettant à cette maison de dormir 7 à l'aise. La magnifique cuisine est équipée de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour cuisiner un délicieux repas pour la famille. Elle est ouverte sur la salle à manger - parfaite pour recevoir! Wonderful place to stay

We love staying here. Was perfect for our family. I loved that the master bedroom was separate from the other two bedrooms. Great location and the listing was very accurate. Would stay here again. This is a very nice place to stay, and the layout of the house was great for a family.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean upon arrival and well stocked with anything we might need. The house was only a few minutes from the beach on a low-traffic street. Darlene, the property manager, was wonderful. We all felt the pictures did not do this house justice. We look forward to staying again.

Lovely property

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was just as lovely as the first. We were let down by red flag beaches the entire stay which meant we spent a bit more time inside. Thats nothing you can plan for and the whole coast had to deal with rip currents. As far as the house goes i would absolutely recommend it! We would love to stay again!

Newly renovated and clean house

My family and I enjoyed staying at the house, which looks like it was fully renovated. The interior was very well maintained and clean. The house is a few blocks away from public beach access (#89). The neighbors are extremely nice and welcoming. The only downside is that to the location is that there’s limited restaurants in the area within walking distance. The check in process is handled by the owner directly, so make sure that the reservation is confirmed ahead of your trip. Our booking was initially overlapped with another party but it was sorted by the owner before our trip. Also, I’d recommend bringing your own pillows if driving in from another state. The pillows in the two non-Master bedrooms are very flat, which caused some neck soreness throughout the trip. Overall, we were satisfied with the booking for the price that we paid for the booking.

Great summer vacation

This was our second time staying in this property. Our stay was great! The property manager and the homeowner are extremely nice. Wouldn’t change a thing! Will definitely be booking again for our next year trip to Florida!

Excellent house!

The property is well maintained with excellent amenities. Dual shower heads in the master bath with a rainfall head. The property is situated close to both front beach and back beach roads. Ease of access is great. Neighborhood is quiet. 12 minutes to Thomas donuts. 6 minutes to lake Powell. A/C works great! Only a few blocks to the beach. Everything was great.

The perfect getaway.

Taking this family vacation was well overdue. Upon arrival communication with the property manager was seamless. She was immediately responsive to any questions I had. The home was immaculately kept and had everything we needed for a fabulous family stay and only minutes of a short walk away from the beach. We look forward to staying again.

The place is wonderful, great for the price!

The house over all was very nice and neat! Everything is good, the kitchen had a lot of utensils which was great! The only thing was that the beds were on the stiffer side. But besides that, you can’t get a better house for that price or even close to it! The walk to the beach was about 5-7 minutes just like in the description. The grill outside was very useful. The manager Darlene was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend it!

Family house

Our stay in Panama City was great. The check in was a little stressful but it was all worked out. The house was very clean & fully stocked. The house felt like our home away from home. We will definitely consider this property for our next trip.

Would stay again

The house was very clean upon our arrival. It was nice and updated and met my expectations based on the description. The walk to the beach was probably around 5-10 minutes when dragging along 4 kids and all the things that go with. Theres really no public parking nearby the beach access that's right down the street so you are locked into walking from the house or driving to a different beach access. Honestly it wasn't a big deal for us though. We walked everyday and had no issue with doing so. Overall I enjoyed the house and wouldn't mind staying there again. A couple things that would have made this place 5 stars for me were:1) higher quality sheets and pillows. 2) more towels- there were only 6 towels and with 6 people I was constantly washing towels. 3) a no-contact check-in process. Most places I've booked in the past just email you a code to check in and leave a list of things for you to do on check-out day. Our check-in was at 4 pm and we were scheduled to pick up groceries from 4-5 pm. I text the property manager when were about 45 away and told her we would be there at 4. She said they had to replace a fan so the place wouldn't be ready until 430. I told her we had groceries to pick up and we're hoping to drop our bags prior to checking in so we'd have room for the groceries. She said she couldn't let is in until after the house was clean and that would be 430. She would not give us the code so that we could pick up the groceries and then let ourselves in. Thankfully my sister lives in PCB and didn't mind to pick up our groceries for us so that we could meet the manager at 430 like she wanted. The property manager walked us through the house and gave us a list of rules. Text us the night before we checked out to give us the list of things we needed to do for checkout. Honestly, the whole process seemed like more of a hassle for everyone than doing no contact check-in.

beautiful home

it was a beautiful home , very homey , nice and clean the stay was perfect up until we left , the actual home owner lived in Dallas and had a property manager . so every day we treated the home as ours cleaned everything everyday , apparently one of the toddlers wasted a little juice from fruit on the sheets we didn't see because we put all the sheets in the washer ( there was literally nothing the property manager had to do besides wash the bed linens after we left we even washed and folded all the towels ) . so we forgot something came back the property manager was there she expressed no problems to me , but later that day the home owner sent a rude message saying that the property manager stated there was so many problems , which was a definite lie , but it was expected from someone who's pick up was riddled with trump stickers and I found it odd when I returned to the property she had nothing to say but bashed us to the property manager after I left . Then when I told the home owner what actually happened she suddenly was so nice and apologetic . everything about this home is perfect , but that property manager is a no go .

Nice house/lacks cleanliness

The house was new, roomy and nicely decorated. Everything was great, except for the cleanliness of the house. There was some sand on the floors and counters, one could tell the house was cleaned in a rush. There were hairs on the sheets of the bed in the master bedroom, hairs in the bathroom and the trash can in the master bathroom looked like it had not been emptied out since last year. There was so much trash stuffed in the trash can that one could barely close it. Get ready to get rushed out the door on check-out day.

A LITTLE SLICE OF HEAVEN

Our recent stay at kiska beach was by far the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation in quit a while. I would go so far as to say it was the best, cleanest , and most comfortable place we have ever stayed in florida. Those bed mattress were to die for, they were as comfortable as my own back home and that great room and kitchen they were breathtaking . cant wait to go back..
