This was the perfect location to rest in-between events at TIEC. There was plenty of room for seven adults, one child and two small dogs. The host was very quick to respond to questions about light switch locations.

The interior pictures are accurate, however, the exterior needs some attention and cleaning. The swing by the creek was broken and unusable. We experienced 4 active water leaks during our stay. The owner was quick to respond. The description of the amenities are not accurate. The kitchen isn't fully stocked, we couldn't find a can opener and lacks some basic items. It states a Wii, highchair etc, are included and we did find those items. The downstairs kitchenette only had a microwave. Upstairs the ac didn't work the best and the carpet had dog pee stains. We also had to call for washclothes, we could only find 7 in the house. Overall, the house needs some attention.

Gorgeous cabin in the woods

We stayed here on a gorgeous fall weekend and enjoyed watching the leaves fall from the outdoor hot tub. Plenty of room for family to spread out.

Great rental near TIEC

Enjoyed our stay here during a horse show at TIEC. Very convenient to the showgrounds. The kids enjoyed fishing in the nearby river and playing in the large backyard.
