Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire cabin and all its amenities, including:

- The full interior of the cabin (all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas)

- All community amenities within Riverbend at Lake Lure, including the private lakes, beach, hiking trails, and nature areas

This is a private gated community. Guests will receive access instructions prior to arrival. Please note that community rules apply to all shared spaces, details will be provided in the welcome guide.

Self check-in is available for a smooth, flexible arrival.

A few things to know before you book:

- This property is located inside a private gated mountain community. Guests are expected to follow community guidelines at all shared amenities.
- Maximum occupancy is 16 guests. Please do not exceed this limit.
- Pets are welcome (dogs)! A pet fee may apply, see booking details.
- No smoking inside the cabin. A designated outdoor area is available.
- Quiet hours are observed in the community, please be respectful of neighbors in the evenings.
- Swimming and lake activities are at guests' own risk. No lifeguard is on duty.
- A 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle is recommended during winter months when mountain roads may be icy.
- Lake Lure returned to full recreational boating operations in 2026 following Hurricane Helene recovery, the lake is open and better than ever!
- Fun fact: Lake Lure is the filming location of the movie Dirty Dancing, and nearby Chimney Rock State Park was featured in The Last of the Mohicans.
